This condo is on the ground level of a home on the desirable Kassa Lane. Large kitchen with bar stools for 3 and a dining room table that comfortably seats 11 and has a very nice view. Great desk area in-suite if you have to finish a little work while on vacation. The hot tub is brand new and is nestled under a gazebo just behind the suite - this is shared with the upper unit but you will love it. Bonus: The shared hot tub is open during the winter and summer seasons only at no additional charge. On Brewer’s Pond has an attached garage for use to secure bikes and ski gear securely only. This garage cannot be used for cars. Great bonus at no additional fee. There are two outdoor parking spots for your stay. This condo is a fully equipped suite with its own laundry facilities. Location Highlights: Settler's Crossing is a great complex that ranges from studio apartments to three-storey condos, so you're bound to find a place suitable for your next holiday. Settler's Crossing is located in the East Village which means the complex is ski-in/ski-out by way of the Orient and Morrisey chairlifts. It is approximately a 10 - 15 minute walk to the main village or just a short drive. The next closest complexes are Stone's Throw and Echo Landing, which sandwich Settler's Crossing on both sides, so if you want family or friends to book close by there's essentially triple the options. Settler's Crossing has a few underground parkades with a clearance height of 2.29m (7'6"). There are signs on the outside of each parkade indicating which units have parking stalls for that parkade. There is a small temporary parking zone for the purpose of loading/unloading to the left side of the entrance of the complex. SKI-IN/SKI-OUT INFORMATION: From the top of Sundance, use the Rambler run to connect to the East Village Ski Way, and get on Hasta La Vista to return to the complex. From the top of Orient, you can take Hasta La Vista directly down. Alternatively, the East Village Ski Way can be used to access the next complex over and it's just a short walk back to Settler's Crossing. To ski-out, from the lower-numbered side of the complex, pass the trees to hop on Hasta La Vista and under the Skier Underpass to get to the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. Alternatively, walking to these chairlifts takes approximately 3 - 5 minutes.

To ski out, hop on the Mt Morrisey Connector and ski/board down to the Morrisey and Orient Express chairlifts. Alternatively, you can follow the Valley Trail down to the main village where the Sunburst and Sundance chairlifts are, which is approximately a 5 minute walk.

Chilliwack Lake & the numerous hikes around it is only a 30 minute drive and Cultus Lake (well known for activities such as waterskiing, picnics, and swimming) is only about 20 minutes away. Our studio cabin is 300 sq feet and has a kitchenette, bathroom, tv/dvd, & either a King size bed or 2 twins. Enjoy our hammock in the summer and our 550sq foot covered deck throughout the year. Telus 1G WiFi streams at speeds near 1000 Mbps. If you’re more in the mood for a friendly competition the ping pong table can provide hours of fun and camaraderie. For the card players, a custom-built poker table was added in the summer of 2022. COOKING & DINING The modern and fully-equipped kitchen features everything you’ll need whether you’re creating full-course meals, easy lunches, or simple snacks. The extra-long peninsula bar provides additional food prep space, as well as seating for 6. Bring back the tradition of the family meal at the adjacent dining table for 12. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS & BATHROOMS With six bedrooms and four baths, there’s no doubt everyone in your party will find their own comfortable space to claim. On the main level, the carpeted main bedroom has a king sleigh bed, a matching dresser, nightstands and a private door leading to the outside hot tub. The en-suite bathroom offers dual vanities, a leisurely soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second level has three carpeted guest rooms, two with queen beds and the other with two twins. These bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower. The lower level of the home features two guest rooms, each with a gorgeous log queen bunk bed set. These bedrooms share a spa-like bath with a decadent 4-person steam room and walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AMENITIES If you close your eyes, it’s easy to picture the warm, soothing bubbles of the hot tub massaging weary muscles. When you manage to emerge, it’s time to light the natural gas fire ring and gather around the circle, perhaps as you’re dining on a dinner grilled on the 3-burner, natural gas Weber BBQ. We provide off-street parking for up to 5 vehicles, as well as a single-car garage.
