For those interested in a unique fishing experience, guided sturgeon fishing on the Fraser River is only a 30 minute drive away! Chilliwack Lake & the numerous hikes around it is only a 30 minute drive and Cultus Lake (well known for activities such as waterskiing, picnics, and swimming) is only about 20 minutes away. Our studio cabin is 300 sq feet and has a kitchenette, bathroom, tv/dvd, & either a King size bed or 2 twins. Enjoy our hammock in the summer and our 550sq foot covered deck throughout the year.     We also own the next door unit which is mirror image, ID 227325. This combo forms the Super Condo and is perfect for large groups. The Super Condo is 6 bedroom / 6 bathroom and has 8 real beds and 6 pull-out sofas. These are the two largest condos in the Kimberley Ridge development at 1500 sqft living space per unit. All beds are queen or double beds. Two roll away Ikea mattresses in unit to sleep 8 in separate beds. New Netflix enabled 49" flat panel TV mounted in living room and two other 32" flat panel TVs in bedrooms. Master has double sink ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed in the closed off loft bedroom and has a double sink, ensuite bathroom. There is also a double bed in the nook under the green space facing window of the master bedroom. Please note that prices are in US$. Our Canadian home is beautifully furnished and can comfortably handle several adults or a family with young children. Our guests have told us that this condo is simply first class. A one level, open floor plan creates a very spacious and comfortable space that can handle several people without feeling crowded. It is a corner unit which has a view of 50 miles of spectacular peaks from Cascade Peak and Mount Rundell in Banff past the majestic Three Sisters in Canmore. As you can see in the photos every room has stunning views. Guests who have stayed at our home have said ---in their reviews---the photos on the website do the views justice. The town of Banff, 14 miles away, offers many additional shops, restaurants, museums and cultural activities. But........Canmore is the place to stay because it is not touristy. Hiking and very simple, beautiful walks around the area are delightful. Five downhill ski areas, including world class Lake Louise, are within twenty to fourty five minutes of the condo. After skiing coming home to underground heated parking and a rooftop hot tub, six stories above Canmore, will add to your pleasure. For your convinence you can leave your skis in a personal locked storage closet adjacent to your parking spot. For nordic skiers, the Canmore Nordic Center, which hosted the 1988 Olympic nordic events and is five minutes away, offers tremendous nordic skiing in the winter and world class mountain biking in the summer. A major upgrade of the facility in the summer of 2005 allows it to host the prestigious World Cup every two years. There are 84 miles of groomed tracked and skate skiing trails several kilometers of which are lit for night skiing. The Bow River, which runs through the heart of Canmore, offers world class fishing, gentle rafting/canoeing in addition to riverside trails that provide hours of peaceful walks or bike rides. Golfers will love the five world class courses within 30 minutes. Two Robert Trent Jones courses in Kananaskis Country, Silvertip, world famous Banff Springs and Stewart Creek are some of Canada's most beautiful courses and will provide enjoyment for all skill levels. We are on 8 acres with vineyards to the north, orchards to the south and thousands of acres of un-developed land behind us. We designed our home so that all of our living would be on the main floor and the suite on the lower floor would have significant privacy. It has it's own entrance and deck. The property is 8 acres of which 6 acres have been left wild. The majority of the visitors you can expect are the 4 legged type: coyotes, deer, marmots, raccoons and such. Wineries: Cedar Creek Wines is right next door and only a 5 minute walk away. Their terrace is open for lunch during the summer with a top of the line chef and some of the best wines in Canada. St Hubertus Wines and tasting room is a 20 minute walk down the road. Summerhill Pyramid Wines and Restaurant is 10 minutes by bike but still within walking range. Neighborhood Shopping: Just 5 minutes away there is a small neighborhood shopping area which hosts Aomi Sushi, Joe Bud's Coffee House, Mr Mozzarella Pizza, and the Sunshine Market for groceries and pre-cooked meals. Kitchenette: Due to city regulations there is no stove but there is a kitchenette with a microwave and lots of utensils. The BBQ includes a perforated veggie wok and a BBQ fry pan. For beaches, Bertram Creek Park is a 5 minute walk and has one of the best beaches in Kelowna. Hiking trails are near by including Cedar Mt Park, Kuiper's Peak Mountain Park, Johns Family Nature Conservancy and Okanagan Mountain Park.

    The 26' Travel Trailer is yours to use while you stay. It has both AIR CONDITIONING and heating to keep you comfortable. The kitchen has a small fridge and freezer and a 3 burner gas range with oven. The bathroom has a small tub and shower, but typical to a travel trailer the hot water tank is small. A TV and DVD player and movies are provided. It comes fully stocked, including bedding, towels, a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and pots and pans. If you need something we haven't already provided, just let us know and we will do what we can to assist you. The space is suitable for a single person, couple or couple with kids. There is one queen sized bed in the bedroom, plus the dinette and sofa convert to small beds suitable for children or adults 5'3" or shorter. We welcome your pets, to a maximum of 2 due to space restrictions. Outside the property is a fire pit for your personal use (dependant on fire restrictions). Limited amounts of firewood will also be provided. We provide the fixings for breakfast while you stay, including coffee, tea, fruit, bread, cereal and eggs. We also provide basic condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, ketchup, mustard, relish, milk and cream. All you need to bring are your cooking skills and bacon. There is no cell service on the property making this the perfect place if you want to go "off the grid" for a few days. Wifi is available but due to limited data availability we ask that our guests do not use any streaming services while they stay with us. We have a small hobby farm with Chickens and Ducks that roam the property during the day. We also have 2 young Labs that spend a lot of time playing outside. We ask that they do not enter the buildings on the property including the house, cabin, greenhouse, workshop and chicken coop. We work from home and are outside for the majority of the day.
