All beds are queen or double beds. Two roll away Ikea mattresses in unit to sleep 8 in separate beds.     The 26' Travel Trailer is yours to use while you stay. It has both AIR CONDITIONING and heating to keep you comfortable. The kitchen has a small fridge and freezer and a 3 burner gas range with oven. The bathroom has a small tub and shower, but typical to a travel trailer the hot water tank is small. A TV and DVD player and movies are provided. It comes fully stocked, including bedding, towels, a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and pots and pans. If you need something we haven't already provided, just let us know and we will do what we can to assist you. The space is suitable for a single person, couple or couple with kids. There is one queen sized bed in the bedroom, plus the dinette and sofa convert to small beds suitable for children or adults 5'3" or shorter. We welcome your pets, to a maximum of 2 due to space restrictions. Outside the property is a fire pit for your personal use (dependant on fire restrictions). Limited amounts of firewood will also be provided. We provide the fixings for breakfast while you stay, including coffee, tea, fruit, bread, cereal and eggs. We also provide basic condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, ketchup, mustard, relish, milk and cream. All you need to bring are your cooking skills and bacon. There is no cell service on the property making this the perfect place if you want to go "off the grid" for a few days. Wifi is available but due to limited data availability we ask that our guests do not use any streaming services while they stay with us. We have a small hobby farm with Chickens and Ducks that roam the property during the day. We also have 2 young Labs that spend a lot of time playing outside. The 10 acre property backs right on to the Trans Canada Trail and is bordered by crown land, making it a perfect place for hiking or biking. We ask that they do not enter the buildings on the property including the house, cabin, greenhouse, workshop and chicken coop. We work from home and are outside for the majority of the day. We are available if you need anything, but if you want privacy we are happy to leave you alone. There is no cell service or cable available here.     This home is MOST COMFORTABLE FOR THOSE SEEKING 2 BEDROOM ACCOMMODATIONS but, because THERE IS A DOUBLE FUTON IN THE LIVING ROOM, it can PROVIDE EXTRA SLEEPING SPACE IF NEEDED. The house is attached to our primary residence on one side but is completely independent with no direct access between the homes. It has a large, private, patio that wraps around the house on 2 sides and is well equipped with patio seating and a large BBQ. The house's main entrance is adjacent to the parking area, with first contact being into a porch area. The porch has laundry facilities at the opposite end (bi-fold doors conceal when not in use). There is area to the left of the W/D for hanging clothes and collecting recycling materials. Through the porch door you enter the kitchen. There is an eating area to the left with bar sized table / chairs and, aside table on either end, a cabinet with small stereo and a water dispenser unit. In the base of the stereo cabinet are children's coloring books and washable markers. To the right side of kitchen is the sink, side counter (subdivides open area into living room), and F/S on far right wall. The counter has various small appliances (microwave, counter top dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster). All detergents and linen are provided. The living room adjoins the kitchen and has a large reclining sofa, futon which opens into double bed, coffee table, end table, lamp, and electric fireplace on which sits a 55 in flat screen TV with multiple channels. An ottoman holds various games and outdoor toys for those of all ages. Patio doors at the far end of the room open onto the back patio. The patio is fully gated but open exits through locked gate doors (keys provided). The garden has plush lawn, mature trees, bushes and flowers, and is quite private. All overlooks the ocean. We provide high power binoculars to help in viewing of possible whales and other ocean / sky nature views. Wifi is provided and internet speed quite good There is a tourism book, map, and areas of interest booklet on a shelf next to patio doors. At the base of the stairs leading to the second level is a shelf on which sits various books. On the second level, there is a master bedroom, second bedroom, linen closet, and bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, tables on each end, and a wash-up area with sink outside the walk in closet. In the closet there is a bench and also an ottoman (holding fresh linen and spare blankets). The second bedroom has a firm double bed, a side table, a cabinet in which there is fresh linen in the base. Both rooms have 47 in flat screen TV with numerous channels, electric fireplace stand, and dressers. The linen closet has a generous supply of towels, facecloths, bed linen, extra blankets and pillows. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub with stand up shower in tub, medicine cabinet holding various supplies such as band-aids, wound cleansers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss, disposable razors, nail clippers).
