ABOUT THE STUDIO
The attached studio has all of the essentials needed for up to two guests.
Start your day listening to birds sing while sipping coffee at the table on the front patio. Inside, the kitchenette has all you’ll need to whip up basic meals; there’s a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and two-burner electric hot plate. You’ll also have access to a full-size fridge located in the attached garage.
The bedroom area is calming and spacious, with a queen-size bed, breakfast table for two, and leather chairs in front of a 32” flat screen TV. Sliding doors open onto the back patio.
You’ll enjoy an updated full bath, complete with a large walk-in tiled shower and vessel sink.
There are plenty of places to unwind and soak up sun in the spacious backyard shared with the main house. Rinse off in the outdoor shower, and fire up the gas grill for al fresco barbecue dinners. With lounge chairs and outdoor dining for eight, there’s room for friends.
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, central AIR CONDITIONING, and one designated parking spot.
With its sugary white sand beaches, tide pools, coral reefs, and turquoise waters, it’s easy to see why Siesta Beach is the top-rated beach in the U.S. Hop on the free trolley down to the public beach for sunbathing, snorkeling, or kayaking.
You’ll also want to do a bit of shopping in the charming Siesta Key village, (less than a10-minute drive).
For fresh seafood and dockside dining, head to the Boatyard Waterfront Bar and Grill, where you can take in views of Little Sarasota Bay while watching for dolphins and manatees (an 8-minute walk), then stroll down to Crescent Beach to catch a breathtaking sunset (1 mile). For nightlife seekers, downtown Sarasota is just a 15-minute drive away.
