    Beautiful property on the bay side of the island, in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The perfect home for your next family vacation. Our great room with cathedral ceilings and large windows give this home a spacious feel. French doors that open onto a large south facing porch bring the lush tropical outdoors in to you. Our home also features a large full kitchen, with a full assortment of cooking utensils and appliances for entertaining. Additional seating on the porch is great for family dinners or an excellent view of the Friday night fireworks. Both bedrooms have new carpeting and walk in closets to store away suitcases, and full bathrooms, with plenty of room for the whole family. It is only a short walk to either the beach or the entertainment district, but far enough away for peace and quiet.

    The house is a short walk to the beach. Three bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Port Aransas. The house sleeps up to 10. The beach, a beach access road, and trolley stop are nearby. Close to all of Port Aransas amenities and the long stretch of beautiful beaches. We are located near Sandcastle Drive on 11th Street, next to Banyan Beach Drive. The old Port Aransas Town center, restaurants and all the fun activities are close by too. This Beach house is your best location for the yearly SandFest. It is also a great area for Winter Texans and Snowbirds. There are three bedrooms, and a full bathroom is just across the hall, from two of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private full bathroom with double sinks. The linens and towels are all provided. This home has a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, gas stove, coffee maker etc. There is a large dining room table and a breakfast bar. Well-behaved pets will be allowed. Arrangements for boat parking can be made by request. We do not provide beach equipment or beach towels. There is a 30 Day Cancellation Policy for a full refund. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee also. Winter Texan monthly rentals have an August 1st cancellation policy.

There is an all tiled living and dining area. There is an above ground pool shared by the Green and Blue house from March to October.There is a large bedroom with a king bed and trundle bed, private bathroom combo laundry room and it's own private entrance. The second bedroom has a queen bed and has it's own entrance to a bathroom. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa and a love seat sleeper sofa. There is a Cable TV with DVD player in the Living room, and also cable TV in the bedrooms. The linens and towels are all provided.     You’ll especially love the high-end appliances in the kitchen and BBQ setup in the shady backyard! INSIDE THE HOUSE Several cars can park in the shaded driveway. When you come inside the foyer, you’ll instantly notice this home’s design sense. It’s tastefully decorated in blacks and whites with many antique pieces and artwork. There are hardwood floors, fine finishes, books everywhere and thoughtful features throughout. To the left of the foyer is a dining room that seats up to 7 on white upholstered chairs. Walk through, and you’ll find a kitchen chefs pine for: white marble counter-tops and quality stainless steel appliances. The Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf 6 stove are both extra-large, and the pantry is well-stocked with spices and cooking essentials. Across the wide breakfast bar is the living room, where 5 can sit around the 55” flat screen TV and gas fireplace. Sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the backyard (there’s a doggy door, too). The Green Egg BBQ comes with briquettes, and the outdoor cooler will keep you hydrated. Here guests can sit beneath the arbor at one of two tables that seat 11 total. The garden has beautiful stone raised beds, 2 Adirondack chairs, and large lawn to play on. Back inside, and down the hall from the living room you’ll find all the amenities you might need. In the office, you can easily get work done at the desk - you’re welcome to use the printer too. The guest bath lies immediately across from the foyer - it has a tiled shower/tub combo and marble vanity. Find a washer/dryer in the closet across the hall. The master suite sleeps two and has a king-size bed and a comfy armchair where you can sit and watch the 46” wall-mounted TV. The large walk-in closet means you’ll never live out of your suitcase. The en-suite master bath includes a double vanity with separate makeup station, and a shower with double heads (that is, if you’re not soaking in the deep tub) plus separate water closet. Make a huge meal in the kitchen, rearrange the modular furniture in the living room, or relax on the string-lit stone patio in our backyard. We’re within walking distance of UT Austin’s campus, so you’ll definitely get a taste of local culture. Just a mile away is Manor Road, where entertainment, nightlife and dining await you. INSIDE THE HOUSE The high ceilings and large windows lend natural light and airiness throughout the home. The room also features artwork and mix of hanging and recessed lighting. Relax on the deep purple, modular couch fit for royalty around a flat-screen TV, and rearrange the seating however you like for your guests. Next to the open living area is the kitchen, including an island and breakfast bar with room for three. Whip up meals with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, and enjoy granite countertops and tons of cabinet space. OUR LOCATION The house is less than a mile from a range of restaurants and entertainment on Manor Road, and delis, coffee shops and dive bars on MLK Jr. Blvd. We recommend Salty Sow, Dai Due, Eastside Cafe, and Austin’s own Hoover's Cooking for some great Southern hospitality. UT Austin’s campus is only a 5-minute drive down the road, so you can pick up some souvenirs, take a stop at a dive bar and find some cheap Tex-Mex. After you’re done touring the city or checking out a game, grab a cocktail at Skylark Lounge, less than a 10-minute walk from the house. For a more scenic view of the city, hike up Mount Bonnel, stop at Lady Bird Johnson’s Wildflower Center or head to Zilker Botanical Garden.
