As you walk into the front door of the townhome you'll enter the open floor plan connecting the living area to the dining room and kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace, high ceilings with exposed beams, a large flat-screen TV and a comfy sleeper sofa. Just steps past living area, the dining table seats four and opens up to the kitchen, with space for three more at the kitchen bar. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a gas range. There also a full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the main level. Up the stairs and to the left, you’ll find the master bedroom, complete with king bed and a balcony overlooking the wetlands preserve and the walking path in the park. You’re only a few minutes’ walk from the Silver Star Lifts to whisk you to the summit. Apres-ski, check out the many bars and restaurants within an easy stroll of the condo. Inside, the open-plan design boasts a light-drenched Great Room, with the living area, a dining room and modern kitchen all enjoying soaring ceilings and banks of windows. There are three double bedrooms, two with king beds, and a playroom on the third floor which will be a hit with the kids. A private hot tub on the balcony means you can soak in the sights while you soak away your aches after a hard day on the slopes, before snuggling up in front of the gas fireplace.
