90% refund if the cancellation was made more than 90 days prior to check-in date
50% refund if cancellation made between 30-90 days prior to check-in date
No refund is given to cancellations made in less than 30 days prior to check-in date
Bookings are not confirmed until the Rental Agreement is signed and returned to the Homeowner and the required payments are received.
