Open the red front door to find your own a handy storage are for skis and gear. Relax on an overstuffed white love seat in the sunlit living room, where windows overlook Sugarloaf. 2 decorative chairs sit opposite, and a folding table opens to a roomy dining area. INSIDE THE HOUSE From the driveway, walk up a short flight of rock steps to the front door. Inside, there's a foyer with storage for your gear. Large wraparound windows flood the space with natural light and forest views. A wood-burning fireplace keeps things cozy, with a 32” Sony TV and surround sound. The lounge seats up to 10 with armchairs by the window for quiet contemplation. A long dining table for 8 overlooks the ski slopes, and for casual snacking, hop up onto one of the 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen itself is large, accommodating all the demands a big group can throw at it - it’s stocked with equipment and furnished with stainless steel KitchenAid appliances including a stove/oven, microwave and double-door fridge. Bedroom 4 leads off the kitchen, with a queen canopy bed and damask decor. A jack-and-jill bathroom is accessible to the bedroom and the living area, and features a single vanity and shower. INSIDE THE CONDO From a driveway with parking space for 2, take the stairs on the left of the building up to your unit. Enter a small mudroom for stashing boots and skis after an epic day on the slopes. From here, a hallway leads to a bedroom on the first left. Snuggle up in a queen-size bed and watch a flat-screen TV with cable. Just next door, a full bathroom has a single sink vanity and tub/shower combo. At the end of the hallway, you’ll find a bedroom perfect for the kids, with 2 twin beds and plenty of storage space in a sliding-door closet. A small set of stairs off the hallway leads up to a living room full of natural light. Wood-paneled walls give it a cozy log-cabin vibe, while black leather couches and a lounge chair offer comfy seating for 6. Curl up beside the gas-burning fireplace and 32” flat-screen TV.
