Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. with A pet fee oF $25 per week per pet. Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed: Dog or, cats
A fully refundable security deposit of 100 00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit. This security deposit is by additional cheque and is held against damage or excess cleaning. Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: One Pet You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. NOTE: Persons travelling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Quebec Lodging Tax.
A mandatory tax of 3.5% to be forwarded to Revenue Quebec, will be added to the base rental amount for the duration of the rental.
Payment and booking form.
Payment including Quebec lodging tax is due 60 days prior to arrival unless the booking is within 60 days prior to rental. A separate rental booking form will be forwarded by e-mail which will also provide full details to be completed and returned with full payment to the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with refund within 60 days of arrival, all payments after 60 days of rental are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Cheques covering the rental amount plus 3.5 % Quebec lodging tax (post dated to 60 days prior to rental is the preferred preferred method of securing the booking.. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, however Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer or Cash are possible if requested.
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100.00 CAD is due immediately. The cheque is not cashed unless there is damage, or if extra cleaning is required after guests have vacated the property. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
