Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 10 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 USD per week booked. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 10 percent of the rent is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 50.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog, Any Pet A security deposit of 50.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: One Pet NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent

Parking

Parking is free.

Linen

Linen is included in the rent 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding. Beach towels are supplied.

Internet Service & Fee

Internet is included in the rent

Air Conditioning & Fees

A fee is charged for Air Conditioning A metered fee is collected on departure. A guest must request this optional service.
