Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM
The Strata by-laws allow the Manager to evict renters who make excessive noise from the building. If evicted for noise, the renters will not be refunded any portion of their rental monies and any additional expenses such as fines incurred will be deducted from the damage deposit.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Damage deposit will be forfeited if smoking occurs in unit.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Group & Min. Age Policies
Adult guests must be 23 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.

Services & Fees

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
Damage Deposit may be forfeited for extra cleaning if pets in unit.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure
One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
A regular unit clean--requires leaving the place basically as you found it, fill and run the dishwasher, take out any garbage and recycling, turn the thermostats down to 10C, shut off the fireplace and turn off the lights and then shut the door! In order to keep our cleaning costs low and in turn yours, the cleaning service and we do ask that you start the first load of towels. Extra unit cleaning required will be deducted from damage deposit.
Linen
All bedding and linen supplied at no extra charge. Extra blankets in linen closet.
Parking
Underground parking space for one vehicle. Other space may be available in outdoor lot upon request at arrival.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel anytime, payments (less 5 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 315.00 CAD is due 45 days prior to arrival.

They had everything, good beds, furniture, a well stocked kitchen with a good amount of plates, cutlery, small appliances. Also had a wii in the den and wireless. Good location too! I didn't want to give it 5 stars cause I wanted to keep to myself! :) And the owner was very friendly and helpful with any of our questions/concerns.
