Ski in and ski out on the "Perfection" run beside the building. This takes you to three lifts; the Plaza Chair, the Ridge Rocket Express, and the six-pack Snow Ghost Express Chair. The walk to the center of village takes about four minutes. Look for "T-2" on Resort Map.

Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation 45 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 50.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
If you cancel less than 45 days prior to arrival, payments (less $50) are refunded if the property is re-rented. If the property is not re-rented a decreasing partial (50% decreasing to 5%) credit may be available for future bookings.

We enjoyed the location and the layout of the unit. Parking is limited for a second vehicle, but we were able to secure a spot by the next day. The ski lockers were out of the way and we found it to be a maze trying to get to it - a lot of doors to unlock. The unit itself was spacious. We did find that the kitchen was overstocked with other people's left over items, which unfortunately a lot of was past its shelf life date. Also, flour, sugar, spices, etc. were open and leaking in the drawers. Someone needs to go into the unit and clean out the food and just leave the essentials, (salt, pepper, oil, etc.). There is no need for crackers and mixes that are open. A few of the pots and pans need to be replaced, as they have been scratched or burnt to the extent that they are not safe for cooking. Also (for the cleaning staff) the bedding covers need to be washed. They do wash the bedding, but the duvet covers smelled unfortunately.

We are very sorry that this or any guest has a less than expected experience at the condo. In our defence the condo has been rented with back to back rental since mid December and the company we have cleaning the unit has done the best they could over the very busy holiday season. That is not to say it is any excuse. We did go up to the hill today and inspect the unit and we have to agree with the comments left by the guest. Food such as dry goods has accumulated in the cupboards over the last month and has been cleaned up. We have now instructed the cleaners to discard such items in the future. We have all the comforters/blankets in town today for dry cleaning. A few other paint chips, damage to furniture and cooking items have been corrected. We appreciate any comments on the condo so we can maintain it as a happy holiday experience.

Sadly I am late on the review but the property was excellent, very spacious for two families of 4, clean, and truly ski-in/ski-out. The owners keep great contact and were very detailed in their response.

Well equipped condo. Excellent layout for a large group with young children in the mix - kitchen and living area easily separated from the bedrooms, good for early nights or early mornings, or kids activities separate from meals prep, etc. Kitchen well supplied and equipped. Kitchen bar and stools a hit, and very functional. Ski locker a tad inconvenient to the room, but very convenient for morning starts on the hill (take off 1/2 star from otherwise perfect!). Lots of coat hooks and bench space in the thoughtful entry hall. Video games a hit. Hardly got into DVD's.
