Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 CAD is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 21 or more days prior to arrival, 50 percent of all payments are refunded.

Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking or more days prior to arrival)
