For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4.00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Venmo
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Full payment is due at booking time.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure.
