Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 4,00 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Stripe
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 60.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
