Payment Methods

PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 30 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 EUR is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 500 EUR, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 10 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub. A security deposit of 200.00 EUR is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

Cleaning on Departure is included in the rent

Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 7 days during a stay.

Linen

Linen is included in the rent 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding. Towels are not allowed outside of the property.

Parking

Parking is free.

Tourism Marketing Fee

There is no Tourism Marketing Fee (surcharge)

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 24 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 7 Adults.

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee

Property Heating is included in the rent

Air Conditioning & Fees

Air Conditioning is included in the rent
