We had a fantastic stay in this condo form March 12 to March 17, 2020. It is a truly ski in /out location. The owners respond quickly and clearly to all questions you may have. The unit is the CLEANEST of all places we stayed over 10 years of going to a different rental condos in Big White. Thank you , we will be back!

We stayed in this Ponderosa unit for 1 week in March 2017. It is fantastically located , truly ski in/ski out, and a short walk into the village. It has everything you could ever need, including little touches such as a full-sized bar of soap, heaps of garbage bags, plenty of laundry soap, and a supply of condiments etc. The unit is very spacious, catering to 4 easily, and 6 if you're not fussy about privacy! Plenty of hot water, very comfy bed, quality linens and heaps of fluffy white towels. No in-unit laundry but there is a coin-operated one on the next floor up - essential for those thermals and socks! Sure, the decor is dated 70s, but we kinda liked that as it is our era! Everything works perfectly, and all the furniture is very comfy. Internet was quick and reliable, and the owner a pleasure to deal with. The only fault I could find was the hair dryer, which didn't really work - very minor. Overall, I would heartily recommend this unit, very good value for money. We'll be staying again if we ever return to Big White.

I was supposed to be there with one of the kids but he could not make it, so I was by myself. It was great to have an apartment with 2 full bedrooms, a full kitchen and full living room. Lots of room to dry stuff at the end of the day, as well as relax / recover. Having the full kitchen with a good selection of pots / dishes / utensils made meals easy without having to go out - especially good for breakfasts!

The location was great for ski out in the morning - easy to get to Bullet Express or to Ridge Rocket / Snow Ghost lifts by skiing right through the village. Skiing in for lunch was easy once you knew where to turn. And it's nice to be able to keep the skis in the parking garage or up in the room as opposed to locking them outside.

Easy to get to as well, and being at the end of the street it's nice a quiet at nights. About a 4 minute walk to the main part of the village, and from there you can take the gondola to the bottom of the village.

Would definitely like to stay here again, would be great for a family of 4 and could probably accommodate 1-2 more on the pull-out couch (never tried it).

While the booking worked well, access was not seamless due to an initial keys issue. However, once on site we entered a very clean and well facilitated condo that proved to be most homely. The evening fire was great too! Positioned ideally, it was only a short walk down the road to the market store and various restaurants. Skiing begins 15 metres from the complex door, ski in/ski out, and 2 minutes ski down to the closest chairlift. A small verandah allows a view of the snow happenings outside. The heated spa down the hallway was a welcome days end. What a most memorable adventure!
