Description
The Ponderosa is one of Big White's best ski-in, ski-out locations. From the front door, we use Easy Street to ski directly to the Village or one of four high-speed quad chairs. It takes three minutes to walk to the Village Center for all of Big White's shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our condo includes a spacious one-bedroom, a large living room with an electric fireplace, and a big-screen TV. The Murphy bed folds down into a premier queen bed. We include a DVD player, Netflix, Prime Video movies, cable, and free WIFI. Our fully stocked kitchen opens to the dining room and includes everything you need to provide great family meals with dining for 6. The Ponderosa includes underground parking, luggage carts for transporting your belongings, and an elevator to our unit on the top floor. The laundry facility and games room are on the third floor. There is a locking ski rack in the parking garage. The community Hot tub is available during the ski season.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent. Balance
of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10 percent admin fee) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure. One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Underground Parking is free.
