There is a public boat launch and dock within 10 minutes of the property. Full kitchen with Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, queen beds in each bedroom, dining & living room. Shared laundry, shared patio with barbecue & smoker. Area to park truck and boat on the property. No Pets. Non smoking. Owners are on site.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100.00 CAD cancellation fee) are refunded.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to one nights rent is due immediately.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
