Awesome House!!
The property was exactly as described. The floor plan was perfect for our family allowing everyone to gather on the 3rd floor for meals, games, TV time and then sleeping in comfortable seperate bedrooms/bathrooms on the other floors. The property was clean and we actually met a young man performing the final inspection when we arrived.The beach is just a short walk away and we had a great time in the community pool that is right next door to the property. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful vacation home
I am so happy we chose to stay at this home. It is very spacious and well maintained and the view is unbelievable! Overall a great choice and we will stay here again.<br/>Problems we encounter is we only had 10 towels for 16 people for 4 nights! Then, the washer quit working and no one came to fix it. Bring your own towels!! In the kitchen there is no space to store food. There are way more cups and plates than needed so no space for storage. Also, we found one little dish towel under the sink on the last day so bring your own dish towels and hot pads. The frying pans are in poor condition so bring your own. They have every other pot you need plus crock pots, 3 coffee pots and every other gadget you need! Plan to clean out the grill because it was dirty when we used it.<br/>Overall, I would recommend it just know what you need to bring. I would highly recommend it!

65th anniversary celebration - 833 Banyon Breeze
This home is beautifully appointed, yet casual and comfortable. It's not easy finding a home to accommodate 6 couples, close to the beach in town, with large gathering spaces indoors and out, and an elevator (which was a must), at a reasonable price. This home checked off almost all the boxes. We loved everything about this home. We rented through Port A Escapes and found them to be professional,friendly and helpful.

Birthday day beach week
We loved our large Banyan Breeze beach house writhing an elevator! It was spacious clean and kitchen was perfectly equipped. Great views. Walk easily to the beach. Had a small maintenance issue that was immediately addressed

Great house!
Great getaway! We loved this house! The kitchen is very well equipped! We ate at home every night, but one. The deck was breezy, comfortable and had a great view of the ocean. Lots of games, convenient pool and the beach is just steps away. Beds had nice linens & very comfortable. It was perfect for 4 couples! We could have easily had more, but didn’t.

Stay at Banyan Beach
We loved the house<br/><br/>We got there to check in on Sunday at 5:45, I called and got the key info knowing we be checking in after hours.<br/>The place has not been clean- dirty sheets still on bed, dirty dishes in am dishwasher and all towels were dirty on floor. I called the office and left a message and called the after hours line-They told me someone would be there as soon as possible. We ended up staying up into 2am to wash all sheets, towels so we could sleep that night. No one called me the next day so I called the office back at 9:30 and talked to the receptionist. She has Sara Evans call me back and was he was super nice. She did yell me that we would be offered a discount - I have not heard anything else about that

Friends Getaway
The house was excellent, very well stocked with all kitchen items. The view was awesome and the Banyan Beach area is perfect.Elevator and freezer were great extras, rooms good size and plenty of bathrooms. The door to the third level balcony needs adjustment, the grill is pretty rusted, and bedroom floors need better cleaning. Will be back ��

Not worth the money
If you care about AC, wi-fi or watching the big game, don’t stay here. House was HOT when we arrived and took forever to cool down. All 16 of us lost sleep the first night. Wi-fi is basically non-existent. Finally, the Dish network did not work in ANY of the rooms. Called Port A Escapes who sent someone over. He called the owner because he couldn’t figure it out. Owner said it’s an easy system to operate and we, the paying guests, must not be doing something right. And, he was in Canada so he wasn’t going to deal with it and didn’t want to be bothered. 2016 Banyan Breeze @ Port A
The property discription was accurate regarding the location, house layout, & amenities. The beach was a short walk on the board walk which was our main concern. Having a pool right outside the house was great as we enjoyed watching the family having a good time from the third floor kitchen while some of us cooked. The management was wonderful to work with!!!

So much fun!
This is an amazing house. The casual, beachy feel is so relaxing. The house is beautifully decorated, and all six of the bedrooms were wonderful. The attached baths for each room made it perfect for our family! Each adult child had their own space! Port A Escapes was super easy to work with, and we will definitely go again!

Great house for large groups
The Banyan Breeze house was just what we needed for a small wedding reception. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with all kinds of pots, pans, utensils, serving dishes, etc. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out, sit down to eat, and visit. The very best part is the view from the 3rd floor. It is beautiful. Access to the beach was so close and easy to get to and was accessible for my son in his beach wheelchair. The elevator in the house was also amazing for allowing my son to get to all levels of the house. My only complaints were that there were not enough towels in the house, and we had trouble with the air conditioning. When we arrived the house was very cold and well air-conditioned, but after the first day it did not seem to be working properly and it was very hot in the house (80 degrees) despite turning the temperature down, making sure that the AC and fan were turned on. Other than this issue, our stay was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the house.

Family Beach Vacation
A wonderful house! Floor plan fantastic & well equipped for large groups. Conveniently located right next to pool. Overall, neighborhood doesn't do the house justice. Beach view is somewhat blocked by older condos, but they appear in good repair, neat, & clean; so not an eye sore. The only thing we needed that we didn't find in the house was pillowcases for extra pillows. Price is very fair for the quality of the house & the number of guests it will accommodate.

Wonderful House, perfect for our family!
We celebrated Thanksgiving with our extended family at Banyan Breeze. The house was perfect in every way. Tons of living space with plenty of bedrooms and baths for everyone. So well equipped with everything you would need to entertain a large group. The elevator was the key for us with my 89 and 92 year old parents!!

Banyan Breeze Blast

Nice House
The house is great with 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. Kitchen and great room are nicely stocked with everything you would need. Only things I thought were missing were a freezer, maybe in the garage, and an ice maker in the kitchen. Those would be most useful for a family staying for a week.

Best Beach Vacation Ever - Perfect house for large family
We took 7 adults and four children and a baby to this beautiful home and had tons of space. The home is luxurious and comfortable. A beautiful kitchen, big bedrooms and a bathroom for each bedroom. We will rent this house every time we are in Port A.

A great large place for a Port Aransas gathering
I had a great stay at the Banyan Breeze. The house was spotless, organized, and had plenty of space. The beach was only a short walk down the board walk that is located in the neighborhood. The entire party enjoyed the stay would definitely stay here again and recommend to any large parties.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway
This house is amazing and comes completely equipped with top of the line kitchen cookware, cutlery, etc. they did not skimp on quality or quantity! The decor is beautiful and comfortable. Very roomy. Lots of board and card games and puzzles. We did have one ceiling fan that didn’t work and reported it the first day but it was not fixed or replaced during our stay. Close walk to the beach. Outdoor shower a plus! Top floor deck so comfortable!

Amazing view and location, new property...bonus
We loved the location, view and proximity to town. The third floor was perfect for entertaining, had a great open kitchen which made it enjoyable to cook for the family. It was well appointed with everything you need. It ha 6 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bath, 2 kitchens, bar, play room, TV in every room, a well needed elevator and a garage. The pool was just an added bonus as we really enjoyed going to the beach daily.

Great place!!
We spent our annual family trip in Banyan Breeze and loved it! With 4 king suites and one king bedroom that shares a bathroom with the bunk bed bedroom we had plenty of room for all of our family! Each bedroom has a flat screen tv n the first floor has a small living area and wet bar! The elevator was helpful as the kitchen and living area are on the third floor, which had amazing views and breeze. This house is located right next door to the community pool. Large charcoal grill included. Make sure to bring extra paper towels/ trash bags as the rental company provides starters but they prolly won't last you more than a few days. We definitely enjoyed ourselves this year and look forward to going back next year!

Great Family Space
We enjoyed our first Thanksgiving together without our Mom. The beautiful home and location helped us all stay connected on the third floor, but enough private space in the bedrooms and gameroom areas. WONDERFUL time was had by all five families. We will be back!

Generational Get-Away
We just returned home from a wonderful visit to Pt. A staying at Banyan Breeze. The home was lovely & with 4 generations across 3 different families, the layout was PERFECT for our needs. The decor was beautiful & we had everything we needed for meal preparation & lovely presentation. One small detail: consider putting roll-down shades on the 2 windows on either side of the stove. The sun was fierce during evening meal prep & you couldn't sit at the bar. Loved the elevator!

Fantastic Family Vacation Home
This home was imaculately kept, and beautifully decorated. We (17 family members) stayed here a week while the weather was bad and there was plenty of space for everyone and the home was well stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies and games for the family. We really appreciated the elevator for our 88 year old mother. The walk to the beach was very easy, and the neighborhood was quiet and enjoyable. It was a wonderful week of family time and making memories. We would love to come back and stay in this same home.

Wedding venture

Best Beach Trip Ever!
It was my moms 80th birthday and we had 13 people. It was kids, grandkids, greatgrandkids, and her lifelong friend. She said it was the best birthday in her life. The house is great with 6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. Kitchen and great room are nicely stocked with everything you would need. Only things I thought were missing were a freezer, maybe in the garage, and an ice maker in the kitchen. Those would be most useful for a family staying for a week.

The Banyan Breeze house was just what we needed for a small wedding reception. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with all kinds of pots, pans, utensils, serving dishes, etc. There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out, sit down to eat, and visit. The very best part is the view from the 3rd floor. It is beautiful. Access to the beach was so close and easy to get to and was accessible for my son in his beach wheelchair. The elevator in the house was also amazing for allowing my son to get to all levels of the house. My only complaints were that there were not enough towels in the house, and we had trouble with the air conditioning. When we arrived the house was very cold and well air-conditioned, but after the first day it did not seem to be working properly and it was very hot in the house (80 degrees) despite turning the temperature down, making sure that the AC and fan were turned on. We celebrated Thanksgiving with our extended family at Banyan Breeze. The house was perfect in every way. Tons of living space with plenty of bedrooms and baths for everyone. So well equipped with everything you would need to entertain a large group. The elevator was the key for us with my 89 and 92 year old parents!!

We had a wonderful time... 3 in a row with BB! Love all the rooms and have all we need! Do a lot of cooking in the great kitchen! Has some cooking contests!! Love the beach and the pool next to the house. Will come back every year as long as we can.

The property discription was accurate regarding the location, house layout, & amenities. The beach was a short walk on the board walk which was our main concern. Having a pool right outside the house was great as we enjoyed watching the family having a good time from the third floor kitchen while some of us cooked. The management was wonderful to work with!!!

It was my moms 80th birthday and we had 13 people. It was kids, grandkids, greatgrandkids, and her lifelong friend. She said it was the best birthday in her life. This is an amazing house. The casual, beachy feel is so relaxing. The house is beautifully decorated, and all six of the bedrooms were wonderful. The attached baths for each room made it perfect for our family! Each adult child had their own space! Port A Escapes was super easy to work with, and we will definitely go again!

A wonderful house! Floor plan fantastic & well equipped for large groups. Conveniently located right next to pool. Overall, neighborhood doesn't do the house justice. Beach view is somewhat blocked by older condos, but they appear in good repair, neat, & clean; so not an eye sore. The only thing we needed that we didn't find in the house was pillowcases for extra pillows. Price is very fair for the quality of the house & the number of guests it will accommodate.

We enjoyed our first Thanksgiving together without our Mom. The beautiful home and location helped us all stay connected on the third floor, but enough private space in the bedrooms and gameroom areas. WONDERFUL time was had by all five families. We will be back!

We just returned home from a wonderful visit to Pt. A staying at Banyan Breeze. The home was lovely & with 4 generations across 3 different families, the layout was PERFECT for our needs. The decor was beautiful & we had everything we needed for meal preparation & lovely presentation. One small detail: consider putting roll-down shades on the 2 windows on either side of the stove. The sun was fierce during evening meal prep & you couldn't sit at the bar. Loved the elevator!

This home was imaculately kept, and beautifully decorated. We (17 family members) stayed here a week while the weather was bad and there was plenty of space for everyone and the home was well stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies and games for the family. We really appreciated the elevator for our 88 year old mother. The walk to the beach was very easy, and the neighborhood was quiet and enjoyable. It was a wonderful week of family time and making memories. We would love to come back and stay in this same home.

The house was very roomy. The kitchen was extremely well appointed. We loved the great room that allowed all of us to be together for meals and pictures. It was close enough to other lodgings that our overflow could be with us except to sleep. <br/>We had a great stay!

Shame on me for not looking at Google earth before booking. I was shocked to be looking at a dumpy motel and pool. Again, my fault but don't want others to think they'll be looking at the beach. The house was large, clean and very beachy cute.

We loved the location, view and proximity to town. The third floor was perfect for entertaining, had a great open kitchen which made it enjoyable to cook for the family. It was well appointed with everything you need. It ha 6 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bath, 2 kitchens, bar, play room, TV in every room, a well needed elevator and a garage. The pool was just an added bonus as we really enjoyed going to the beach daily.

We spent our annual family trip in Banyan Breeze and loved it! With 4 king suites and one king bedroom that shares a bathroom with the bunk bed bedroom we had plenty of room for all of our family! Each bedroom has a flat screen tv n the first floor has a small living area and wet bar! The elevator was helpful as the kitchen and living area are on the third floor, which had amazing views and breeze. This house is located right next door to the community pool. Large charcoal grill included. Make sure to bring extra paper towels/ trash bags as the rental company provides starters but they prolly won't last you more than a few days. We definitely enjoyed ourselves this year and look forward to going back next year!

The house has 3 large floors, 4 spacious King master on suites, 3550 total square feet and is equipped to sleep up to 18 guests so you have plenty of room for multiple families, family reunions or large groups of great friends. This beach house has 8 flat panel HDTV's, wireless internet, 2 DVD players, and surround sound stereo.
