Basically just a place to sleep This property is in a good location and the PortA Escapes management company does an outstanding job taking care of any issues. The propety is sparsely furnished and the cookware is very worn and inadequate. The internet was down during our entire stay. The owner's son was supposed to come and troubleshoot the internet problem, but he never showed up. When we arrived the property was not clean. The beds were clean and there were fresh towels, but the floors and one of the showers were dirty and there were dirty dishes.<br/>PortA management sent the cleaning crew out first thing the next morning and cleaned everything.<br/>I will definitely rent again from PortA Escapes, but this property is basically just a place to sleep.

Rainy weekend We spent two nights with our daughter and two grandkids. The first night was great, we walked across the boardwalk and had a campfire on the beach. The next day it rained all day. Fortunately our rental was very spacious so we could enjoy playing games and lounging without feeling cooped up. We were very thankful for the ping pong table in the garage, a delightful way to pass the time with the grands.<br/>Despite the rain, a great time was had by all.<br/>By the way, the u paint it, we&#x2019;ll fire it, ceramic shop, in Port A was a big hit for all. This home is just steps to the beach and has amazing sunset views over the bay! When you enter this open concept home on the first floor you will find the living room/ dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. The stainless steel appliance and granite counter tops just add to the decor of this wonderful space. Down the hall you will find 3 bedroom and 2 baths. Two of the bedrooms have Queen size beds and the third a sleeper sofa. There is also an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. Beach View Estate is the perfect place to relax for a weekend or a full week!
This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $10.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.
