Cancellation within 20 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 35 percent of the rent.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due immediately.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 250 USD

The property has easy access to Interstate 75 and Punta Gorda Airport which is 15 minutes to the doorstep. Ft Myers and Sarasota Airports are within a 45 minute drive . Tampa International Airport is 75 minutes .

The main living area is in the heart of the home with comfortable seating, TV and a pull out sofa. The living area is open to the dining and kitchen area with Breakfast nook. This home has a good cable TV channel package and WiFi included .
