Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Travelers Cheques, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 120 or more days prior to arrival)

Internet Service & Fee

A fee is charged for Internet One-time fee of 15.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 100 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 120 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 1 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1000 USD

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking Policy

Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside or outside (applies to all occupants & guests).

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are allowed. Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A security deposit of 50.00 USD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Per pet. A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 55.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Parking

Parking is free.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 19 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples.
