Our secluded Cottage comfortably sleeps 4 and is pet friendly. It has a covered secluded hot tub and BBQ area and a large wrap around patio deck, all with gorgeous ocean views, and is beside an old growth forest in Port Renfrew, BC. Our cottage features a private hot tub, covered by Gazebo, a large wrap around patio deck with a gas fire pit, a covered BBQ area and spectacular ocean, mountain and forest views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. Just bring food, drink and clothes and you are all set. The cottage sleeps 4 comfortably, with one queen sized bed in the bedroom, plus a sofa bed, that is also Queen sized. It is very secluded, located at the end of a private road and has old growth forest on two sides. The cottage is close to Avatar Grove where you can enjoy Canada's Gnarliest Tree, and just down that road is Big Lonely Doug - Canada's 2nd Largest Douglas Fir tree. There are a number of beaches all along the Juan de Fuca Trail from Jordon River to Port Renfrew, with Botanical Beach and Pacheedaht Beach just a few kilometers away for some spectacular local ocean views, storm watching and just roaming the beaches. If you want to go fishing, the Pacific Gateway Marina is a fabulous facility to launch and dock your boat. If you just want to fish there are numerous Fishing Charter Companies in the area. Come and enjoy all of the beauty that Mother Nature has to offer surrounding our Cottage in Port Renfrew. All pricing quoted will have GST & PST added. There is a ‘Noise Bylaw’ in our community. Please be respectful to the owners and our neighbours. Quiet Time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and is to be observed by ALL GUESTS. If there is a NOISE complaint filed, the first one will be your warning. The 2nd complaint will result in a $150 fine. The 3rd will result in all $300 being retained of your Damage Deposit and you will be evicted, with no refund.

Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer Short notice requests can only be paid by Visa or Master Card.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 3 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 7 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 CAD is due 3 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM
