A cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to the lease commencement date is subject to a 50% forfeiture of the full deposit amount paid. Any cancellations made within 15 days of lease commencement date is subject to a 100% forfeiture of the full deposit amount paid.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1500.00 CAD is due immediately.
In compliance with the B.C Residential Tenancy Act, a security / Damage deposit is refundable within 10 days of the tenant vacating the premises. A move out inspection is performed on the day of departure or shortly thereafter and prior to any new tenants arriving to ensure there has been no damage beyond ordinary wear and tear.
