On the outskirts of Sant Llorenc des Cardassar, this wonderful rustic finca with private chlorine pool welcomes 8 guests who will enjoy the desired peace and privacy for their vacation.
This beautiful stone house is located into a great plot of no less than 14,000 m2, where the 1.1 to 1.7 metres deep, 11 x 5 m. Pool, will delight your guests. Surrounded in part by the green lawn, in part by the wooden surface, the pool becomes the perfect corner to bask in the sun on one of the 10 sun loungers while admiring the mountains and fields. By the pool, the porch is the main character with a large table to taste a delicious barbecue and a comfortable and original sofa made of pallet. The property is fenced and full of all kinds of trees, so you can also enjoy a pleasant walk.
The house, surrounded by several terraces where you can sit and read a book or enjoy a coffee with field views, has 300 m2 and two floors. When you enter, a beautiful hall leads to a spacious and plain air-conditioned living room, the perfect place to join with the family or friends and chat or watch the satellite TV channels. The dining room is air-conditioned and open to the kitchen (with a gas top and a highchair if needed), and it preserves the traditional Mallorcan style. It can be accessed from the outside or from the living area, climbing some steps, and it offers a large table. The laundry room comes with a washer, and iron and an ironing board. There are five bedrooms with a closet and two twin beds each. Two come with an en-suite bathroom, AIR CONDITIONING and space for a cot on the same ground floor. The corridor is also equipped with AIR CONDITIONING. The other three bedrooms are upstairs. One has access to the sunny terrace. Then, there are three more bathrooms. One is downstairs featuring a bath, another is upstairs with a shower, and finally, the last bathroom is outside featuring a shower too.
This villa is in a quiet but well connected location, just 2.4 km away from the centre of Sant Llorenc des Cardassar and about 11 km away from the nearest beach in Cala Millor. The village offers all needed services for a great vacation. The area is also perfect for hiking and cycling. We recommend you visit the lovely towns of Arta and Capdepera, or the little city of Manacor with a great selection of shops and much more.
