We come to Sun Peaks annually and try and stay in this area. We were late to book and couldn't get a house this year. This condo is in an excellent location. Walk out 2 min and ski right in. Just a few things the owners/management should note. The downstairs kids bedroom is very cold - an extra space heater would be nice. If you turn up the heat, then the rest of the house gets hot. Also, the sofa bed is showing its age, may want to consider replacement in the near future. Garage door was finicky and wouldn't always open and close smoothly, I suspect the sensors are out of alignment. The third floor bathroom sink drains very slowly. Also, kitchen isn't well stocked. No wine bottle opener, no baking sheets at all, and knives are very dull. Biggest complaint: the house fits 10. We had 10. The kitchen garbage can is the size you'd have in your bathroom. We had to take it out at least 3 times a day.

All in all a great stay, and these were minor issues that I wasn't going to contact management about during my stay, but hopefully they are addressed. I was too busy skiing or hanging out with my family in the evenings to bother with an email! I did call for a wine bottle opener and management said they would bring one and no one ever showed up. I got an email apology, and thankfully my sister had one. Otherwise, we would have had to to go the village and buy one I suppose!

Just off of the dining room is your private open terrace with barbeque and access to your private hot tub, which will truly make you feel like you're living in a castle. The spacious open living room has a luxurious stone mantle fireplace, a warm decor, and has a high-end home theatre system with surround sound. Letting in plenty of sunlight, you'll also love the view down the valley.

This home has a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), two single beds in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. The den on the ground level is the perfect spot for kids or teens that want to have privacy while they game or watch movies.
