Description
Praja is a village in Policastrum Bay known for its 7km beach, deep blue water, wonderful little rocky bays and for its Dino island with beautiful caves. This place is off-the beaten track. The house is located a few meters from the waterfront (where there is a bike path several km long) and the beach. A pedestrian alley behind the house leads Italy to the square with shops, bars and restaurants. Praja rail station is a ten minute walk away. You can enjoy many water sports (skiing, windsurfing, canoeing, diving, snorkling, fishing) as well as jogging, bicycling, skating on the beautiful seafront. The area offers horseback riding, hiking, playing tennis as well as an Aguafan only two km away. Go fishing in a boat at night and by day. For those with wanderlust the park is easily accessible. You can go down the river in a kayak or take boat trips to the island of Dino, Arco Magno, the Secca, in Maratea coast. The surroundings are full of restaurants with typical Calabrian cuisine with pork specialties, homemade pasta and lamb. For those who love the ideal place to relax, our house is very cozy. For larger groups, this unit can be rented in combination with the ground floor apartment, PropertyID 204403.
