Amazing Month in Princeville Truly stunning property, I'm not sure there is a better view on the North Shore of Kauai than from the large lanai in this unit. So much space, had an amazing month here, can't think of how the stay could've been any better.

Outstanding views In addition to a full view of the ocean, the mountains can be seen from the front of the lanai. We walk for exercise and appreciated the beautiful 2 mile walking path along the golf course.

Great Spot! Quiet (When kids aren't in pool)and beautiful! - Wish property would provide better access to Beach below. Also it would help if there were signs at pool area for parents to keep their kids quiet while in the pool. Grill was not used due to it being unclean

Disappointed! Beautiful location but property needs some major updating. Floors need refinished or replaced. Living room sofa is filthy and broken down. Dining room furniture is very uncomfortable. Kitchen amenities were as described and satisfactory. No cable tv in secondary bedroom, even though we were assured it was. Lanai door does not lock!!!<br/>No lighting in tower stairway our first evening (fixed next day); our outside door lighting was never fixed. Leaking in living room ceiling and solarium panels during major rainstorm. Seems to be continual blame shifting between onsite manager and actual property management company.<br/>Loved our visit to Kauai but would not recommend this unit. Response from Kauai Kahuna Vacation Rentals; Friday, February 7, 2020 The leaking ceiling and solarium have been repaired. It wasn't blame-shifting, it was a necessary process to figure out where the leak was coming from - which is not always easy to do - and who was financially responsible for repairing it! While we apologize we were not able to address the issue immediately, it turned out to be an association issue and the onsite manager repaired it quite promptly once it was possible to figure out what was the cause of the leak. The light outside the door was also replaced, once the new one we ordered from the mainland arrived. The lanai door does not lock, true. But there is a dowel rod to prevent it from opening from to be attempted considering it's a 4th floor unit overlooking a cliff. The wood floors are lovely but they are not new. The living room sofa has since been was neither filthy nor broken down, but the fabric had become rather geriatric so it got a nice refresh. Not sure what the perceived issue with the dining room chairs is, they're just dining chairs. If you're going to sit there and play a 4-hour Magic tournament, I'd recommend an extra cushion or two, but that's probably true of dining chairs in dining rooms everywhere. We very much regret you did not enjoy this spacious unit with its amazing views, large lanai with private BBQ grill, jetted tub, big comfy king bed and fabulous views (they're so good they're worth mentioning twice). Best condo in Kauai This is the best condo complex in Kauai - the view and location is hard to beat. My only wish is that there was AC, as trade winds were weak during our stay and did not provide enough air circulation. Numerous fans though helped a lot.
