Description
4 levels are furnished with exquisite taste and décor, with hot water and electricity. We have created a "Swiss Family Robinson - Elegant Gilligan’s Island" decorator motif. You will find a “Treemendous” experience of a lifetime awaiting you high up in the canopy. Our 4 bedroom tree house wraps around a giant rainforest tree and boasts wonderful views of Corcovado National Park and The Golfo Dulce ( Sweet Gulf ). The feeling is “Living The National Geographic Channel- Live!” Birds, and monkeys play around right in front of you. The Gulfo Dulce is your front yard and Corcovado National park is the back hard.On site guides who give a group rate less than what most charge per person!! Please note the 3 bedrooms are monkey queen room, surf queen room, and living room - queen room which doubles by day as a couch. A 4th king room is only available for an extra rate and is how we accommodate up to 8. Personal, private chef services available for reasonable rate, on site guides. Only 8miles (13km) to town off a newly paved road and full electricity- most rental homes on the OSA offer only small or inadequate solar systems which cannot provide enough power for refrigerator (most homes require you drive to town to buy ice to keep refrigerators cold- no kidding), let alone have cool fans all night, charging for electronics, etc- Staying at Sombra DE LA Lapa wildlife reserve offers full standard electricity without the need for supplementing an inadequate solar systems. Your home is also totally private with no other guests walking by your door as happens with so many rental homes. Here you have total privacy but with 24 - 7 on site caretakers. Just off a newly paved road with easy access to getting everywhere. Excursions and tours are all within 10-20 minutes rather than driving 1.5 to 2 hours each way as you do with so many rental homes on the OSA just to go out on the water. Close to restaurants, gas station, grocery stores, gift shoppes and minutes to beaches!! All the wildlife you'll want to see can be seen right here without spending time looking for it!

Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 120 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less a 350 USD administration fee) are refunded if the property is re-rented. If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 15 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 5 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit. Young & large groups may be subject to a larger security deposit..
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Allow groups of families or couples. Extra or unauthorized occupants could result in eviction without refund.
Children Policies
Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 4 days during a stay. Daily maid service can be requested for a fee.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 11:00 AM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) Money orders & bank drafts must be in US funds.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
