On site facilities include, pool with children section, jacuzzi, snack bar (with service to condos), tennis and pickle ball courts, gym, private beach, sit-on kayaks, on site parking and bike racks. 24hr security in common areas. Terms And Conditions
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments (less a 650 CAD administration fee) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Cash
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 650 CAD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 08:00 AM

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older., Allow groups of families or couples., Maximum of 4 Adults., Maximum of 2 Children.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 500.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
