A small quiet oasis on the water in north Nuevo Vallarta just south of Bucerias Behind a guarded gate with 24 hour security and secluded grounds lies a small classic “gaudi-esque” Spanish architecture condo building right on the beach.

Our building has a unique feeling and is very private and very different from all the large modern looking buildings and developments in the area. Super small development with only 28 units in one building and 15 units in the second.

Both share a large pool, patio and deck area with large covered area for entertaining. Extensive manicured gardens and lawns which are elevated above the beach.

Step out onto the most beautiful beach in the Bay of Banderas: a sandy flat beach with walking for miles in either direction, Downtown Bucerias is a 20-30 minute walk in one direction. Beachfront restaurant and bar 20 minutes in the other direction.

Our development’s private beachfront is guarded and unoccupied most of the time.

Quinta Del Mar is located at the north end of Nuevo Vallarta less than 9 miles norTH of Puerto Vallarta's International Airport and just south of Bucerias. Quinta Del Mar forms part of a gated community called Flamingos Estates. This property is spread along the most desirable beach front in the bay. It is a well-planned development of condominiums, hotels, cluster homes and well paved & lighted boulevards.

The 5TH floor penthouse condo’s beautiful interior has domed brick ceilings and original marble throughout the entire main floor and a spiral stairway to the large private rooftop patio.

The master bedroom is large and spacious with its own small private patio and views of the ocean. A huge original marble tub and showers with windows that let you listen to the birds outside in the garden and treetops.

The comfy guest bedroom has its own upgraded en-suite bathroom with marble shower.

The kitchen has been remodeled with stylish black marble counter tops. It has a large side by side refrigerator/freezer and large capacity washer and dryer.

A breakfast bar and spacious dining area sit between the kitchen and living room area.

The living room has a comfortable sectional wrap-around sofa. The TV in THe living room includes a Roku and high speed internet. Two wi-fi networks to choose from, including one with a “VPN” which enables you to watch Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. As if you were in the US. Satellite TV is also available.

The outdoor covered veranda has a large dining table with beautiful view over the beach and Bay where you can have morning coffee and meals while listening to the sounds of the surf and of birds in the coconut trees.

The veranda is equipped with a large Weber propane BarBQ. Rooftop penthouse deck offers an unobstructed view over the Bay and mountains for morning coffee and evening sunset cocktails.

We provide boogie boards and beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels in the unit.

We have a local property manager who speaks fluent English that will meet you at the condo, help you get oriented, arrange for cleaning as requested, and provide assistance during your stay. We also have a book with all our favorite local places for dinner, spa, massage, happy hours, rental car, golf and outings.

If you don’t want to rent your own car, both Uber and taxis offer a cheap and fast alternative to get around. 'Paradise village' shopping center with grocery store, restaurants and shops is a short taxi ride away. Even closer are the massive Mega and La Comer “SuperMercados” which offer a huge range of inexpensive groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and fish, and organic food as well as a large selection of alcohol and many other items . Downtown Bucerias with a wide range of restaurants and bars open late is less than 10 minute ride away.

Downtown Puerto Vallarta is also easily accessible by bus or taxi or Uber in about 30-45 minutes. A Percy Clifford golf course is less than 10 minutes away and is both challenging and beautiful with its natural vegetation and views. Flamingos Golf is a 6853 yard long par 72 championship course with slightly narrow fairways that are naturally laid out on gently sloping terrain. The course has Bermuda grass in both fairways and greens and has 9 water hazards and 43 bunkers, most of which protect the approaches into its slightly fast greens. Flamingos Golf offers rental clubs and caddies.
