Booking Deposit
Payment policy is flexible and options discussed during the Grace period. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit. The security deposit must be paid on arrival in cash..
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 6 pm. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups.
