The main characteristics of Villa Paola are the large terrace / garden area , the independency and the priceless frontal views of the Lattari mountains, verdant with cultivations of lemons and vineyards, which steeply plunge into the sea and enclose the narrow valleys of the villages of Minori and Maiori, the picturesque inlets of the coast, visible up to Capo D’Orso, and last but not least, the wide and splendid view of the Mediterranean sea.
For those who like the upper areas will love the attic terrace which affords an amazing 180 degree view over the landscape of the Amalfi's bay.
Its peaceful surroundings, homely atmosphere, comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces with all the comforts of modern necessities , provide the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday.
Thanks to numerous English stile windows and French doors is possible from nearly every angle of the villa to enjoy the amazing landscape that the Amalfi’s Bay provide. All rooms are airy , luminous, tastefully furnished with modern furniture and decorated with pastel colours painted walls. The villa features a fenced garden of 100 square meters , partly shaded by a lemon pergola and olive trees and partly paved with terracotta tiles. The terrace is equipped with everything you might need for spending your relaxing hours: dining table, deck-chairs, sunshades, a BBQ and an outdoor shower .

On the ground floor there are two entrances, the main entrance of the property is off the garden/terrace. Past the front door you enter straight into the large open planned dining and lounge area.
The living area is decorated with a large sofa sitting 6 people, placed around an open marble fireplace, a flat screen satellite TV, a window overlooking the splendid sea view and a back door that allows access onto to the garden .

The dining area is furnished with wood dining table, benches , chairs sitting 6 people and an antique sideboard. At this floor there are also
*a spacious kitchen,which is enlightened by an open arch facing the living/dining room and it is fully equipped with 4 gas rings, a grill plate, 2 fridges (one small and one medium sized with freezer) dishwasher, microwave, Italian coffee maker and electric oven.
* laundry-room with washing machine, iron and ironing board
* large bathroom with windows facing the garden , washbasin, toilet, shower cubicle and bidet.
* a double bedroom with a matrimonial bed, wardrobe and windows overlooking the garden and the scenic view. This bedroom has en-suite bathroom with toilet, bidet and wash basin ( no shower)

The upper level , reached by a staircase made of 17 small steps , houses
• A spacious bedroom with a matrimonial bed, a wardrobe, a dresser and French doors opening onto a private balcony with a stunning view of the sea
• A bedroom furnished with two single bed ( which if necessary, can be combined to form the third double room) a wardrobe, a dresser and a window with sea view.
• A bathroom equipped with large shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet , etc.
Both the bedrooms and the bathroom are accessible via a corridor which has also a back entrance directly accessible from outside.
Access: You will arrive directly to the parking lot (with place for two medium sized cars) from where external staircase (about 40 small steps) lead to the main entrance.The private parking space of the villa is accessed by a narrow steep driveway located only few meter down the street level
