Alta Lake is a 5 minute drive/taxi from the property. The coarse sand beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.
Nita Lake is about a twelve minute walk. Larger lakes are about fifteen minute walk or a short drive by car.
Ski/Board Out is a 5 minute transit/shuttle ride to lift from the property. Ski/Board In is a 5 minute drive from the resort parking lot. Look for "E-10" on Resort Map.

Credit card payments for stays of 30 nights or less are FREE. Please note that there is a 3% surcharge added to all payments using Paypal. For stays of 31 nights or more, there is a 3% surcharge for payment by credit card. 7% Resort Fee This non-refundable and taxable fee automatically applies to all reservations and is payable at the time of booking. The resort fee includes an Accidental Damage Waiver Benefit, which covers up to $2000CAD of inadvertent damage and/or cleaning charges that occur during a guest stay.* Additional details will be provided by the owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 45 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

If the property is re-rented, the cancellation penalty is reduced.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Credit Card Pre-Authorization : A valid, signed credit card imprint and a $500 to $1500 credit card pre-authorization (or equivalent cash deposit in Canadian funds) are required at check-in. Please note that the pre-authorization will be processed on your scheduled check-in date, and on the credit card provided at the time of booking. Please advise the property manager prior to your scheduled check-in date if you would like to use another credit card for the pre-authorization.

The condo is in a great location, just a few minutes away from the village. There is a golf course just below the street. There also trails and a nice view. The balcony is great, even though we didn't use it as we were there during the winter. We for sure would love to go back.

The condo had a few details that could be improved, but nothing major.

The location is great, the unit is very comfortable, and in the winter this is probably a great spot. In the summer, it is very hot, as the cathedral windows face west and do not have blinds. The fans helped, but the unit did not really cool down until late evening. The size of the apartment easily accommodated 8 adults and all the beds and furniture were comfortable. It has a well equipped kitchen. One recommendation for the owners is to replace the blinds as many don't work.

Plenty of space with two full bedrooms upstairs and two full bedrooms downstairs. We slept two couples, two boys (queen does not split into two twins) and 3 girls in bedrooms. While the whole place was OK it was a drive / bus into Whistler which if you have a car is absolutely fine, there was just a lack of attention to detail; cheap cutlery that broke, window screens which didn't work or were missing, cheap blinds which didn't keep the light out of bedrooms (we had to stuff cushions into the window spaces to keep the light out to get the children to sleep and outdated bathrooms. It was slightly cheaper than other properties in Whistler and was the only one left. I can see why. OK if you just need the basics and probably better in the darker, cold winter than the summer. Oh, and far too many pictures of the owner and their family hanging on the walls, yikes!

The master ensuite bathroom and the second bathroom each have a bathtub/shower combo. The third bathroom has a large shower stall.

PARKING & AMENITIES
There is one free underground parking stall and a common area sauna.

DISTANCES
The main Blueberry Hill bus stop is less than a 6 minute walk away and will take guests to the lifts and Village in 8 to 10 minutes. The Village and main lifts are a 5 to 8 minute drive away.
