This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms plus garage with ski-tuning - work bench complete with a fully furnished and stocked kitchen, designer furniture and high end linens - towels. On-demand hot water and in-floor radiant heat, LED lighting plus industrial light fixtures, concrete flooring and concrete counter tops and metal accent siding make up these modern architecture homes. The windows are high-end German Engineered Unilux Premium Double-Tilt which means they have 2 sets of hinges so one can open it just slightly at the top (hinge at bottom of window) or swing wide open for maximum fresh air (hinge on the side); very cool. Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Peak period stays, the balance is due sooner.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 175.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. If property is left in unreasonable condition, extra cleaning fee will apply.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. With prior approval. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

The property does not have a phone.
Payment Methods
No fees are charged for credit card processing. Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 5 or more days prior to arrival) Money orders & bank drafts must be in Canadian funds.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken. Damage waiver form is signed before check-in.
