Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 350 USD per week booked.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 USD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.
