Need to detox- head to the on site gym, sauna or hot tub. We also have a lovely pool with a lazy river, water slide and yes yes another hot tub. You can grab a bite or drink at the onsite bar, restaurant or have an ice cream treat. Need groceries. Head to Publix just down the street. There are plenty local restaurants ( Sundays Grill, MIA pizza, Kumo Japanese etc.) for you to choose from or try the local favorites (Adlers burgers, Ben cafe Latin) to name a few. The resort fee gives you access to the gym, pool, lazy river, hot tub, sauna). Close to Disney but not too close. Enjoy shopping , dining, dinner shows here. Take advantage of a larger space to unwind after a long day of site seeing.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 160.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

A fee is charged for this service. One-time fee of 165.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged per cleaning.) A guest must request this optional service.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Venmo, Zelle

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 1200 USD is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 1200 USD

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
