Sorrento is
a beautiful city found in the southern part of Italy,
a dream destination for just about any traveler. It is home to numerous
must-visit landmarks and tourist spots ranging from majestic architecture

The city is considered a gateway for travels to the Amalfi Coast,

where you can find the bluest and clearest cave water imaginable.
You can also visit the National Museum in Naples where you can find remnants
and artwork from Pompeii. Some of the most famous landmarks in Sorrento

- the Piazza Angelina Lauro, one of Sorrento’s two main city squares
- Corso Italia which is the main street in Sorrento
- the Gulf of Naples, a huge body of water, about 18 km wide bounded
by Naples, Pompeii as well as the Sorrentine Peninsula
- and the Piazza Tasso, the main city square in the city of Sorrento.
There are many other historical, important and notable landmarks including
the Port of Sorrento, San Paolo Church, the Sorrento Cathedral, Vesuvius
Volcano and Villa Communal.
