Having visited Tenerife many many times over the last 30 years, this was our first time to stay away from the main tourist areas and the hustle and bustle of the crowds. However, the location, San Miguel, is only a 20 minute drive from the main tourist destinations. We hired a car that enabled us to explore but we were told by our hosts that some previous guests had got around using the local bus service too. (A safe car park is near to the property). We were within easy travelling distance from El Medano, Los Abrigos, Golf de Sur, Los Cristianos Las America’s and Adeje.
San Miguel itself was a lovely small town with all you require for your stay, a butcher, a chemist, veg shop, bakery, supermarket, and cafes and restaurants. We ate in quite a few and the food was lovely and very reasonably priced. Would especially recommend La Bodega restaurant.
Our accommodation was great and had everything we needed for our stay. It was spotlessly clean inside and out. The garden was private and secluded and great for sunbathing, eating out in the sunshine, lovely comfortable garden furniture and the hot tub and jet sprinklers (for cooling down) were an added bonus. The kitchen catered for our needs, with an oven, toaster, microwave, washing machine, Kettle etc and all the things you would have in your home, so we were able to easily eat in or out depending on how we felt.
The living room was comfortable and had a tv with many channels and good internet.
The hosts were great. They met us on arrival as they live in the adjacent property, to talk us through the property details and how things worked. They had also created a really useful reference file with lots of interesting information, tips and recommendations of where to go and eat.
Throughout the holiday they were not intrusive, but touched base with us via What’s app to check we were ok and if they could help in any way. They gave us notice when they were popping around to change the bedding or water plants, and we knew they were there if we needed them for anything.
To sum up, great place to stay, great hosts, great location, lovely place to unwind. We would love to go back.

We stayed here for 10 days and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was easy from booking with Owner Direct, contact with the owner, and communicating with our contact whilst there. We have stayed on the complex previously, which is a secure, gated community with a secure pool area, plenty of sun beds, as well as friendly residents. The home is as described with 2 bedrooms, one main and one smaller one, kitchen is well equipped, with table and stools inside or alternatively table and chairs outside. There is also a comfortable lounge area, with satellite TV (not that we really used it) and good WiFi. It has a lovely patio area to sit out on, and the front gets the sun most of the day. It is located only a few minutes from the beach and some of the bars, and shops. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again in the future.

Was in a Great Location in this Lovely Town. Beaches. Bars and Everything we needed was within A Short and Pleasant Walk away.
The Owner was Top Class for communication and Helped make our Holiday a Pleasure.

Had a wonderful week in this apartment in Vera. Would recommend the apartment!

Myself, my partner, my sister and our 5 children stayed at this villa. It had absolutely everything that a family requires and although our 5 children are all teenagers and above there was an awesome well equipped games room as well as the pool plus use of all the floats etc. The villa itself is also beautifully equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and pool house (just add your own food!!) and a lovely touch of crisps and a bottle of bubbly to greet us with which was really welcome and kind. The communications with the owner were all timely, polite, extremely accommodating.

There is plenty to do in the surrounding areas, however a car is a must. Eating in using the bbq is lovely however I would recommend eating once the light goes down (less insects). There are many local bars and restaurants (again you will need to drive) with great tapas. Definitely recommend a trip into Murcia and Cartegena for a touch of history and culture. T
he beach is around a 40-45 minute drive dependending on which direction you go so not so bad. .

The Spanish are really friendly as a whole, Julie the lady who greeted us and Dave who maintained the pool were really helpful and friends too.

All in all, a super property to holiday in, it's peaceful, relaxing yet when you want to go exploring there is plenty to do! A perfect blend and something for everyone is there.

The property exceeded our expectations; it is a beautiful property with a fantastic garden and pool which is well cared for. The owner is readily available and extremely helpful making our stay a very enjoyable one. 5 star - wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend

We spent 2 weeks at this charming cottage. Everything you needed to self cater during your accommodation. Clean and tidy. Weather was fantastic for Dec/Jan.

Only down point was the chimney smoke into the master bedroom, so we used the other room. I understand why - to warm it during the cold periods - but it's maybe something the owners need to address. We couldn't have asked for a nicer host. Nothing was a bother and she made our visit the best.

This was a very quaint home in the country . The views are just gorgeous. The owners were there to greet us upon arrival. They were very attentive to anything we needed . It was so peaceful and beautiful in the mountains . Our dogs also had fun running around the woods . Would definitely go back !

Unfortunately we had to shorten our vacation and return to Canada on March18 although we had rented the condo until April 15. The covid-19 crisis was spreading across Spain and we had to leave this very comfortable condo. We rented a car in Malaga and a car is needed if you want to visit Estepona and surronding area. The condo is at about 10 km from Estepona historical village. There was plenty of free parking place in Estepona and at the condo. The condo building and hallway is not very attractive but once in the condo it is very clean, very comfortable and well equiped. The kitchen is small and the oven fan was not working but other than this small problem everything else was working fine. The heating system works well to cut down on humidity when outside weather is rather cold. The access to international TV was extremely useful since we needed information on the status of the pandemic in Spain. We enjoyed our first week when we spent every day walking in Estepona and discovering this beautiful and colorful city. The second week we stayed at the condo to avoid being affected by the virus. We then discover the walk along the beach in Bahia Dorada and we enjoyed this daily walk just minutes from the condo. The Mercadona grocery store is only five minutes from the codo. You can easily find plenty of fresh local products: fish, vegetables, fruits, wine and bread.

This was a very comfortable apartment - two bathrooms and two bedrooms, tiny kitchen, and a living room/dining room. The living room suffered from an absence of comfortable furniture, but the furniture in the backyard was quite good. The backyard was also very private and sunny. The noise from the upstairs apartment could be quite noticeable - footsteps, TV, and so on. Fortunately, we only had people upstairs for a few days. The location of the apartment is on the north side of Nueva Andalusia, in a gated development. It's not within walking distance of anything, and all of the walking is up or down fairly steep hills. The closest grocery store was a five to seven minute drive. The location provides easy access to all that the Costa del Sol provides. A car for this location is absolutely necessary.

We lived here for 3 weeks. Went to beaches Granada Seville and Madrid with our base here. Great place for long term stay, restaurants and grocery store in the community. We worked from the condo as well. Bad side: slow internet and no English language TV channels. Glad to have Netflix on my iPad.

We had a great time in Ronda and really enjoyed being able to start and end our day at this apartment. It was close to the action and restaurants but quiet at night because the windows opened into a back courtyard/car park. We had nice views out the back and found the apartment was perfect for the four of us to have breakfast in the morning and then get out on our bikes and explore the hills around Ronda. We were able to store our bicycles in a downstairs closet under lock and key at no extra cost which was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped and we could have cooked our own dinners and eaten in however we really wanted to eat out side and enjoy the ambiance of different plazas and courtyards so we did not use the kitchen for dinners. It was really nice having the flexibility to come back for a quick lunch when touring the town. Wifi was not available in the apartment but you could connect with the museum next door when downstairs - we were given a wifi key for this. The one room was a bit small with side-by-side twin beds - not sure about the other room - I think it had more space. I ended up using a few of the drawers in the living room cabinet for my stuff so I was not always messing up my partners space beside the bedroom closet. That worked fine. The bathroom was big and worked fine.
