This place is true to the pictures. The beds are comfortable, plenty of extra towels and blankets. The kitchen is well stocked even with spices and baggies. It was easy to get to the slopes. The hardest part was finding the front door but after 1 time it is very easy. Plenty of seating but kinda wish the TV was on the wall so certain seats could see it better. We would stay here again.

Our family was unsure of where we were going to be able to stay and our vacation time was moved due to some unforeseen circumstances. We were connected with the owner of this property and he was very responsive, getting us the maps and keys as soon as he received the check which was less than a week prior to the time we would use the property. He stayed in contact with us throughout the process.

The property itself was suitable. We have three kids and the space was comfortable. It is close to Winter Park, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park which we enjoyed through the time we were there. The condo remained quite warm during our stay and it wasn't unusually warm there for the time of year. There were a couple problems with lights being out and one of the shower areas leaking (a sign for guests indicated this so it was manageable). Otherwise, it worked well for us.

The pool and hot tubs are directly across the street and were a good place to relax at the end of the day. The workout area does not open until 9:00 or 9:30 in the morning which limits what we could use there since we were out the door much earlier each day. The pool closes fairly early too.

We would definitely stay here again and appreciated working with the owner.
