The house was a great size for our party and we were very comfortable. It was very clean inside. But here were a few issues. 1. the kitchen utensils and pots need attention. the pots had dangerously loose handles, many utensils need to be replaced, the pot holder had a hole in it and I burned my hand using it 2. The garage trash and recycling containers need to be cleaned up. The recycling bin was disgusting. 3. We found it very difficult to get in the home. The entrance instructions were very confusing and we had to call for help. 4. There were bat dropping all over the front step and I know they can carry rabies. For such a big home there needs to be more dining seating.
This is the third year we have rented this unit in July/August timeframe. It is well located near town with a view of the Ten Mile Creek. The master bedroom and bath are nice. The second bedroom is set up for kids. The bottom (double size) bunk against the wall is difficult for adults to get into and out of. We discovered upon arrival the biggest problem with the rental this year. The garage, which had been available the previous two years, was not available. We bring bicycles to ride the wonderful paths in the area and need the garage for storage. This third floor unit is not big enough to store bikes so the garage is essential. Future renters, double check if you are planning to use the garage.
This was a great place to stay! The kitchen and dining area was spacious as well as the bedrooms. We had plenty of room for two families. There are plenty of stairs since the rooms are on multiple levels, but that just helped us burn off all the restaurant food we had been eating. The condo is just 1 block off of Frisco's main street, so the location is perfect. The only downside is that we felt the wood floors needed a good scrubbing instead of the sweeping they probably just get from the cleaning crew, but other than that, things were very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
I will be compiling our combined experience and will respond later. I was told, while we were there that a representetive would stop by for a talk with us, which never happened. To sum up my single opinion, I told the others that I felt enough disapointment to say"this is my LAST experience. We will make a list and forward it to you, if you want it. Kent
Fit our needs in all ways. Great location near bike paths by lake dillon. Kitchen stocked with pans, silverware, etc. the only negative is the carpet has stains from use. Other than that, it was very clean. We would stay here again.
A gorgeous condo with probably the best views in Frisco! It is a short walk from Frisco so it is a perfect location.
The unit was spotless on arrival.
My dad was traveling with us and one of the reasons I chose the unit was the elevator which had issues and rules about hours of use due to noise. So if you are counting on the elevator be aware of that.
Also, the downstairs neighbors have a history of complaining about noise from this rental unit. There are signs taped up in multiple locations about being quiet which was the first tip off. We did our best but they even came up to complain when I was alone walking in socked feet. They also called Turnkey to have someone come over because they claimed we were keeping a dog. we were not, I've never even owned a dog. As permanent residents in the building I suspect having vrbo-ers upstairs is not something they want to accept.
Really this is a wonderful condo outside of this issue. And not sure how this is going to be solved, bu
