My family, brothers and sister, their spouses, and all of our children spent Easter weekend here. The small community is just outside of Horseshoe Bay, on the way to Whistler Ski area. The vacation home information package we received from the owners was clear, especially about the parking. This “cabin” is not for the faint of heart or for those who require wheelchair, walker, or cane assistance. Remember, Lions Bay is on the side of a mountain! The view was spectacular... one day of rain only. We were able to spend two afternoons on the deck overlooking the water. Nice little coffee shop that my kids walked to.... (a few of us did not... ha!). We had a 19 month old, who learned to jump off the steps - tricky, but we managed. There is transit (bus) very close by. My niece and nephew were able to travel to Park Royal for shopping. Most bed were comfortable, especially in the master suite. Recommend a new infant/toddler crib, a new blender. There were some chipped dishes. Minor things, easily fixed. We had a wonderful time. Thank you. A unique, special vacation!
