Dawn says ‘Hawaii condo’The condo had a beautiful view of the Hilton Hawaiian lagoon, the ocean and the Ilikai pools. We had all the cookware and utensils to cook and eat in the condo. There was even beach supplies available in the closet. It was a quiet restful vacation! The condo needs some updating. The curtains and carpet were worn and the TV was small. With that being said, we would rent this condo again.Stayed with self - Recommended to friends and family -

Ramona says ‘Pleasant and affordable.’As a first time user with Owner Direct I found the process simple and easy to use.
After finding accommodation on the Owner Direct website I was put in touch with the owner of the condo that I had selected.
The owner was very easy to deal with and always promptly replied to my emails. He is trustworthy, honest and very helpful.
The condo was a little outdated, but the owner assures me that he is starting renovations later this year. The price was very affordable, as accommodation in Hawaii can be very expensive. It had a comfortable king size bed and a fully equipped kitchen.
The condo is situated in a really good location within walking distance to Waikiki and the major shopping centre, Ala Moana. It is also in close proximity to the beach, major bus routes and many eating places.
All in all it was a pleasurable experience and I would recommend this condo for it's affordability and location.

The futon mattress cover was very dirty, yet they did not provide us extra sheet to put on. Closet floor and under the bad were extremely dirty. Beside the microwave and the fridge, non of the electronic items are working, however once we contacted the owner they were able to send a repairman over, it was a little inconvenience.
It is in a great location if you don't mind street noises. -

We had a lovley unit on the second floor. Overall, it was a great little spot to stay and very good value for money. The apartment was very clean with plenty of linen. It was fully self conained and we had everything we needed to cook our own meals which saved us a lot of money. The location was fantastic, close to the beach, local attractions and supermarket. The staff are great and very helpful especially Mike the maintenance guy who was on hand to help us access the apartment when we arrived earlier than expected. We will definitely stay here again should we return to Hawaii and highly recommend it for those travelling on a budget. -

The parking spot included was a important benefit. The bed was very comfortable and the appliances all worked well and were clean. The view was very nice and the airconditioning was adequate.
Our only concern was a cleaning issue. The apartment needs a good deep cleaning, top of the wall base corners of the shower etc. The carpet needed to be rest retched to take the winkles out and the shower needs work. Having said that, I would rent the unit again -

It wasn't the best quality of product, but was sufficient for a short stay. It is a short walk (approx. 6 blocks) to Waikiki beach, however, the area is a little sketch and I wouldn't go out alone at night. -

Location is great except for the noise from Kuhio street, in particular Friday and Saturday.

Room was awesome but a little more worn then the photo's on website. Great location, 1/2 block to main transit stop & ABC store, 2 blocks to beach. Room not sound proof [loud neighbor's, street noise] but we live in the country & not use to much noise!! Great beach & bath towel's.Great to have a washer & drier to use. Been to other VRBO's that had more food supplies [salt,pepper,sugar coffee etc.]but shopping was close & gave left over's to neighbor's when we left. Deck was a little narrow but it is in Hawaii so who care's Overall a great location close to the beach, dining etc. We would love to come back again !!! -

It was perfectly located within walking distance of the beach, shops and zoo. It was great to have the fee for parking included. The condo was well equipped for cooking and we did eat in quite a lot. It worked well for us to connect with our adult daughter who lives far away from us. We were surprised to find two lovely beach chairs under the bed - but unfortunately did not see them until the last day when we were about to check out! We had rented one for the day from the mini mart in the building. We did not use the pool or lounge and BBQ area. -

The condo was a bit smaller than indicated in pictures and appearance outside a little run-down. Also, view from lanai of garbage recycling bin from hotel next door and no elevator for luggage up to fourth floor-BUT housekeeping responded immediately and pleasantly for request for towels and overall all necessities present and working. Not the Ritz but served its purpose and was comfortable with 4 people. I would recommend this condo for price, cleanliness and location- just don't have expectations for luxury. -

It is in an excellent location, just few blocks from the beach, zoo and aquarium. It has everything you need to self cater and is less than 10 minutes walk to The Pantry supermarket. Bedding options were excellent for a family of 4. The apartment was clean with plenty of towels and extra bits for a day at the beach. Alii Beach Rentals are e trembly professional, prompt and efficient. Excellent customer service. -

It's close to the beach and all the shops. But it's still far away from all the noise and night-life. I would highly recommend buying the parking space because there is no parking on the streets. Would definitely come back here.

Yes, our complete renovation is scheduled for Oct. I am very happy to hear that they found it easy to deal with me and my email replies were prompt. Also, I am very happy to hear that they found me to be trustworthy, honest and helpful.
Yes, the location is ideal. Most guests comment about the great location of this condo. It is close to everything, all with in walking distance.
I am glad they found the King size bed to be comfortable and they were able able to get a good night sleep.
