Villa accommodations were everything as described and expected! This makes the rest of the vacation go much smoother. Very comfortable & relaxing surroundings. Too bad we were always on the run & not able to enjoy it more. Very convenient to Publix grocery store, restaurants, gas station, souvenir stores, Target, Walmart, etc. Disney parks were very close, especially when taking the "secret" Sherberth road entrance into the parks. Universal Studio parks were farther away, but still easy to get there. Wireless internet access was much appreciated! The personal computer was a nice attempt, but needs a memory upgrade to be useable. It was very slow, so we only used wireless. A printer would have been a nice touch. Only minor complaints that we had were: no extra plastic garbage bags. no laundry soap, and the welcome book was too generic. It took reading it a few times to realize that the warning about not forgetting about garbage pickup days on Thurs, and make sure the garbage can gets out by 6:00 in morning, was not pertinent to this villa, since there is no garbage can, nor garage to get the garbage can from.
But overall, a very nice place to stay. It worked very well for us.

Sunset Lakes is in an ideal position for visits to the Kissimmee/Orlando area and the Parks. You are minutes away from Disney (from your enclosed bedroom balcony you can watch the Disney nightly fireworks) and only 30 minutes from Universal.
We have rented many villas and we had no regrets on renting this one. The villa was perfect for our family of 4, we had everything that we needed for our weeks stay. The villa was clean on arrival and all the information required (access codes, etc.) was received in a timely manner.
We did have to speak to the management company once during our stay, but they responded quickly and without fuss.

We came for our 1st visit to Florida with our 5 children. We where not disappointed, the villa and surroundings where beautiful, it was exactly like what was in the pics and the advert for the villa. We had a contact the villa owner due to pool netting which had ripped from the storm we had while at the villa. They sent a maintenance company out the next day and they replaced the netting and checked the rest of the enclosure.
We will definitely be returning in the future.

We have stayed at several different properties over the last 15 years staying in Florida with our family, but this is certainly one of the best properties we have rented. The property was well located, house and pool were both clean, lots of of privacy, sun all day and excellent view of the pond,

We rented this villa for February and March of 2022 and we had a wonderful time. It was everything we expected to be comfortable for two months. Located close to Disney but off the busy 192 highway. The owner and the management company were great to deal with. We will be back as we have already booked again.

In addition to the house being clean and beautiful....the owner was wonderful to do business with. The house was unexpectedly supplied with everything....even an extra stroller for the parks. The kitchen had everything we needed, and more. And the pool, it was worth every penny that we paid for the rental. Which brings me to say, so much cheaper for an entire family compared to numerous rooms at a hotel. The location to the parks was a hop, skip and a jump. We absolutely loved staying at the house.

We had a great time! We hope to be back.

Our family loved staying here. The house is beautiful and well equipped. It was very clean and felt like home. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room. The owners were wonderful to work with. The booking process and check in was easy and smooth. The owners had the house decorated with wonderful Disney decor. The location is perfect if you are visiting the Disney parks. The community pool and water park were a big hit with the kids. We will definitely stay in this house again when we return to Orlando.

Ac broke down but was fixed the next day. Owner is very responsive and attentive! Love the time we spend here!! Wishing we can return soon!!

This house is beautiful and literally had everything we needed. I have a 6 month old son and a 3 month old grandson and this house had everything needed for 2 babies. Crib, playpen, highchair, walker, exersaucer. It does have 2 strollers, but one is an umbrella stroller and the babies are too little for that at this stage. I love everything about this house. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. You can call him for anything. I love that it is an energy save house and now has me wanting to upgrade my house. The lights are motion sensored which is great for walking in the kitchen at night. Will stay again.

We were very pleased to see that the home was exactly as stated. It was a great location. Close enough to Hwy 192, but in a residential area with little traffic. Eating places were within 10 minutes of the home. Everything was very clean and the pool was great to entertain the family. The owner was quick to answer my texts and emails. I am considering renting this again for a longer period. You won't be disappointed!!

My stay here was great! Although we did have an issue at the beginning the owner resolved it in a timely manner and was always available. I went for my bday and would gladly use this location again.

We stayed here during Marathon week for WDW. We loved the location as it was convenient to getting to WDW as well as anything we needed in way of food or shopping. It had easy access to get on the roadways if we needed to go anywhere further than the Disney parks. House was clean and everything we needed was there for us. We would definitely try to stay here again as it was perfect for our needs and would generally meet the needs of any group of up to 8 or 10 people. we had a total of 5 that got to travel in our group and everyone had plenty of their own space. We didn't take full advantage of the pool but if we were down at another time of year we would. Communication was quick and efficient transactions all went smoothly. Would certainly recommend to others looking in this area.

If you are looking for a really nice, affordable, close to everything, secure place to stay on vacation this is it!!! Very nice 3 bedroom townhome. This gated community was just a short drive to all Disney parks and shopping areas. Great transaction and communications with both the owner and Owner Direct. Would highly recommend!!!!!!

Great house, very clean, all the amenities needed, close to the parks, very nice pool and hot tub. Plenty of pool toys, and nice game room for the kids. Great decorations for the bedrooms too. Owner is amazing to work with and we will be going back.
