Loreen says ‘Remote Lodge’Had a nice stay at this Lodge having rented the entire place for our family. Lots of places to sit in the common area, TV, fireplace and a full kitchen to use. Great place for a family...lots of space and you can't beat the scenery, eagles included. Owner was available and responded to our request without hovering and that was appreciated.. Lots of books to read, for those who are looking for a total disconnect from electronics. Alert Bay is a very friendly and welcoming community. My only criticism would be that the bed was too old and hard for me to sleep well, and the bedding consisted mainly of heavy comforters. Lots of pillows to choose from but not one memory foam which is the only pillow I can sleep comfortably on.Stayed with family - Recommended to friends and family
