Two masters and a third bedroom with a king made it a great family reunion rental. However, the house was very very dated and it felt in need of a good cleaning. Stairway carpets were dirty and worn. Stains were all over the drapes in the living area. Blinds did not work so we could not open them. Some lights were either out or not working. It had received some negative reviews for similar complaints a while back but recent reviews were higher so we took a chance in it. Our stay was not a bad one because of the condition of the property but it certainly seems to me for what is charged they could do some updating. -

There were 4 of us and a toddler and we had more than enough room. All appliances work well, the ice maker always had plenty of ice. The pool is great. We wish we'd have known about the shed full of water and beach toys behind the house, we didn't see it till the last day. Charcoal grill was brand-new. The house is a short walk to the beach. The wagon was very thoughtful. We loved it and are already planning our next stay! -

We walked the beach every morning with our dog (who absolutely loved the top balcony watching everything). Kids spent hours at the beach, we went fishing on the Okaloosa Pier which we saw dolphins, baby shark, stingray, jellyfish it was awesome. Went sailing on AJ's sailboat and saw more dolphins, had an awesome time. The only negative was we thought the main king bed was not very comfortable, but other than that everything was great. -

The house is very accommodating. We throughly enjoyed our stay and kept extending. We were seven people that didn't want to leave the area. We walked to the beautiful beach several times/day. -

The property managers were very professional and helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. The back porch is more storage area than a sitting area, but it worked for us as the kids made use of the floats and beach toys. -

The management was nice and helpful! A+ there.
That being said the The pillows was very flat probably should've been thrown away five years ago the furniture seem to be a bit worn out not all the furniture was bad just some of it was worn. A few things broke but was repaired when I contacted management promptly! That being said the master bathroom door knob did not lock. Kitchen was lacking paper towel holder and some miscellaneous things . Not much places to put your clothes away no dresser in the master bedroom. Big walk-in closet with one shelf and like maybe 10 coat hangers. Nowhere to put your clothes for the bunkbeds. One sliding door did not work going out onto the balcony. All that being said was a nice big penthouse.

We did find the kitchen to be somewhat spotty on supplies, and no basics (salt/pepper) provided. The internet was in and out at times - but someone was out to fix things very promptly! Only thing we would have liked better was more sunshine! Location is perfect!! -

The view is breathtaking and the proximity to the beach is so close and we really enjoyed the "complementary" beach chair & umbrella set up each day we were there. It is also close to shopping and so many Great restaurants. Also, from booking to check in the manager was just so efficient, everything was done by email and it was so nice to have the door codes sent to us and be able to go directly to the unit upon our arrival. We highly recommend staying at Crescent 216 for your next trip to Destin! -

Other than a washing machine struggle, we loved it. I hate Hotel furniture. Many resorts only have this type of furniture. Not here, the condo had a very homey and relaxing feel.
