Erin says ‘Great location and space for families’
This unit was perfect for our family of four. It has ample space, an incredibly well-stocked kitchen and is in a perfect location in the lower village. It's steps from the hot tub and right between the two access points to the hill, the people mover and Toby chair. We will definitely consider staying here again when we're back in Panorama.

Our family felt right at home in this cozy, clean, and well cared for retreat in the mountains. Everything we could possibly think of was provided like clean towels, coffee, candles, games... close to Toby chair (you can ski right in) and a short walk to the gondola. What a treat!

We stayed here for three nights for a family ski trip. This condo was exactly as advertised and the owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. There were hot tubs just a short walk away so we never even used the upper pools. The Toby lift was a couple minute walk to and if you got enough speed you could almost ski right to the door. The convenience and price was our main reason for choosing here. Even the gondola and general store were very close.
We found the sofa bed much more comfortable than the Murphy bed which is our reason for taking a star.

If location is the most important, definately worth considering here!

This unit is mere steps from the base of the Toby lift. It was clean, comfortable and does have the ability to sleep a larger family or group. Just note that there is only one bedroom with full privacy (the other sleeping areas are open spaces). Kitchen is quite small but functional. All occupants will need to be able to handle stairs. Indoor underground parking was a nice bonus.

Laura says ‘Convenient slope side perfection’
This studio condo offers all you could wish for during a ski trip to Panorama. It is within steps of the lifts and has easy access to the pools. One of our favourite aspects was being able to return to the condo for lunch, which allowed us to take off our gear, stretch out, and not have to fight for space in the lodge. The kitchen is well equipped with everything, including containers to store your left overs. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The furniture was comfortable and there were board games and DVDs provided for our entertainment. We throughly enjoyed our time in this condo and can't wait to return.

Nicole says ‘We look forward to coming back’
I would highly recommend this property.

Quick recap if you don’t want to read my long text:
    Pros:
House is exactly as pictured and has basically everything you need
Customer service was prompt and friendly
    Panorama is lovely in general
Hottubbing, family meals (for 16+ people ) and snoeshowing right in the ‘backyard’ was a hit

    Cons:
A tiny bit of a walk to the chairlift. It’s not right on the mountain but if you have a big group it’s totally worth it.
The dishwasher isn’t the best, i’d suggest bringing your own scrubbers if you’ll be making a messy meal.
We had wifi issues (but they compensated us)

I was very nervous putting a 3 night long weekend stay on my credit card - and months early to boot. Having to put a $2500 damage deposit down a month before was a little bit inconvenient as I had to pay the interest on it. I’ve also heard horror stories about renters having to fight to get damage deposit back over furniture or damage that was already there before arrival. But as soon as we arrived the house was worth every minute of stress. The house is exactly as pictured (minus those dinky little tvs in the bedrooms, those were gone but who would use those anyways). The street is a cute picturesque winter wonderland, we all loved it! The snow was cleared from the streets but piled up everywhere so there was no street parking available to our guests (as expected). We had 3 large trucks parked on the driveway and the remaining guests had to park a 1 minute walk down the road (a very minor inconvenience, we hardly drove all weekend anyways). The house sleeps 16 guests comfortably. We stayed in the King master room and it has a lovely balcony overlooking the golf course with a spiral staircase to the hot tub (call dibs if you can!). There’s a ton of room and seating for guests, we cooked family meals (there is basically every appliance or utensil you can think of), went snowshoeing (rented from the clubhouse just a short walk away), and of course boarded on the mountain. We were all new to Panorama so we actually just ended up making the 3-4 minute drive to the chalet and parking there. Later did we realize there is a chairlift at the golf course clubhouse but it would be a tiny bit of a walk (it was gorgeous outside so none of us would have complained). I saw a few people board down to the same area but we didn’t explore to be honest, we didn’t spend enough time on the mountain to figure it out. Everyone enjoyed their stay, the house has everything. There is a number you can call if you have troubles and housekeeping can send someone. We called when the wifi wasn’t working and got ahold of someone quickly. It was a backend error though, nothing we could have done from the house so they were gracious enough to compensate us for that. Upon checkout you must take your garbage and bottles with you (which you should do anyways!). We received a full refund for our deposit (and even a compliment on how tidy we were!). All in all it was a perfect weekend.

Shari says ‘Great place to bring family together’
Our families loved staying here. Lots of room for 9 people. The lower level gathering room was a great place for the four youngest and the bunkbeds were large enough for these young adults. The kitchen is very well stocked. The main floor master bedroom is stunning. Laundry facilities meant we could dry everything at lunchtime before heading out again for afternoon skiing. Everything was perfect. The ski lift was just a short walk from the house and we could ski home at the end of the day right down the road into the driveway. Excellent!

Erica says ‘Nice and clean but a bit spartan’
The condo we rented was nice and clean, but there were several things that made us wonder if it was used very much by the owners. For example, the loft which had a double bed, had a chest which only had a couple of drawers and no hanging space, while the bedroom downstairs, with "double" bunk beds, had hanging space, but no drawers and only one small shelf. As well, there was no bedside light in the downstairs bedroom. Lastly, the kitchen had virtually no cupboard space to store dry goods and the dining room chairs were "wonky". Nevertheless, we enjoyed our time there, and it was spacious for the two of us. And, it was conveniently located. We would rent it again.

Smoke detector would not stop, cleaners advised this has been on going for some time. Unit was stocked only with salt and pepper, unlike many other units we have stayed at,not even coffee! Master bedroom set up does not have ensuite. Not worth the $2,700.00 charged for a all in 5 nights, much better options on the hill.
