This was a great rental…close to the beach. Great for a girls weekend of wine tours.

Everything about this place was perfect! The suite was a perfect size with a complete kitchen and a very comfortable bed; the location was ideal and very quiet; and above all the hosts were very kind and helpful.
I would definitely stay again.

A Perfect Place for our long weekend getaway! If you like the pictures, you will love the reality... The gardens are jaw-droppingly beautiful, and the suite is amazingly comfortable. We found new treasures each day, inside and out. The hostess is 2nd to none...she accounted for every single detail to make our stay there luxurious and peaceful...a Gift from Heaven!

We were so appreciative of such a well-equipped getaway. It had everything one could want in a vacation spot including spotlessly clean accommodations and COMFORTABLE beds!

Very comfortable and homey rental suite. Clean and well equipped. A great location next to KVR trail and also close to town. Stayed 3 nights, would have loved to stay longer. Great base for exploring the region and its wineries. Worth noting that only one free parking stall is provided per suite. We hope to return next year.

We stayed here for 30th running of Ironman Canada and had a great time. The suite had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The walk to the start line on race day was a treat. No worries about parking. It is literally a stone throw away from the KVR trail... The AC was a bit on the cool side but other than that we were very happy with our stay. The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions. We also appreciated the restaurant recommendations. Hopefully we will be back to bike or hike the KVR trail...

We stayed at this rental in March 2022.
The location can't be beat, it was in a great spot for walking.
But our car got broke into on the 2nd day (no we didn't have one thing in there). So make sure to just leave your rental car door unlocked.
The place in general was tidy but could use a deep clean.
The sheets and bedding could use an update as well, they were pilled and well worn.
The shower screamed when you ran it, but was remedied by playing with the spout, there were some missing hooks and what not in the bathroom.
The blind in the living room didn't go up with out a fight.

All in all it was a place to sleep and have a quick bite when we needed it.
We didn't go in the busy season so not sure about the extras you may need for the beach or the patio, we couldn't find any cushions but also didn't ask the owner as it was only March.

We enjoyed our stay, we will be back!! Like to do a few more things next time. A wonderful host.

The unit was well stocked with essentials. It was very clean, roomy, and in excellent condition. There is a view of the lake and the park which was pleasant to look out onto. Enjoyable stay.

The house was a wonderful surprise as the downstairs has been recently updated and has a very clean and modern look.
The views (and sunsets) were amazing and there were so many places to enjoy them from! The upstairs (covered) outside deck, the barbecue or outside dining area, the cute (again covered) sitting area just off the lower living room as well as most of the downstairs area windows all gave you views of the lake.
The house was large and practical with its renovated open concept kitchen/lounge/diner downstairs and even though the upstairs hasn’t been redone yet the second lounge and outdoor space up there make this a great choice for families or groups of friends travelling together who prefer to have their own space. We HIGHLY recommend this house for your next (wine or lake) vacation.

We enjoyed ourselves in this bright sunny suite. The outdoor space was great. Our hostess was lovely. I definitely would recommend this place.

Everything about our experience with Owner Direct was terrific. I was contacted right away and introduced to the owner, who also contacted me right away. Communication with him thereafter was always prompt and seamless. And the condo was superb! It is beautifully located on Skaha Lake, and close to Penticton, where we went daily for our grandson's hockey camp. Multiple local wineries abound. The condo was THE BEST equipped unit we have ever rented! The kitchen and bathrooms had everything one could ever want. The unit was clean and the 3 bedrooms comfy and spacious. Instructions given were comprehensive, so no problem accessing the parking or unit. If we have the opportunity to spend time in this part of the Okanagan again, we would definitely rent this unit. Kudos to the owner and Owner Direct!

This third floor condo has been beautifully updated and is really comfortable. The river view to the west is gorgeous and the view east across town to the hills is as well. There is a modest pool in the complex and Skaha Lake is just a short walk away. The owner has taken pains to supply all sorts of things useful to guests like lawn chairs, beach towels, a pump for filling floaties, and all sorts of toiletries. He is very accessible by email and responds promptly. The three bedrooms were perfect for my husband and I, our two children, and their spouses. It wasn’t in the plan for me to have a medical problem, but I broke my pelvis in a cycling accident and that’s when I appreciated even more the firm beds, the handicap-friendly walk-in shower that was large enough for both me and my walker, and the elevator access. We would definitely enjoy another stay in this condo.

Our short stay was really great. The location was perfect, easy walk to the lake and beach and grocery store. The condo was clean, well stocked and had absolutely everything we needed. The description and pictures were accurate. The owner was extremely helpful and was quick to answer any questions we had. Our family of 6 had a great time and would love to make it a yearly family holiday.
