We stayed in this condo during a visit last December so returning in March must tell you have much we enjoy this place.
The unit with it’s views, the complex with it’s amenities, the neighborhood with it’s restaurants, etc., and the friendly people make it all a perfect place to vacation.

My friend and I had a perfect vacation in this condo. It exceeded all of our expectations. Not only was the location in old town Puerto Vallarta at the beach ideal, the condo was renovated and had everything we needed. The rooms were large and the furniture was all very comfortable. The balcony had breathtaking views over the bay. We watched many sunsets from that spot and shared several meals at the lovely patio table. This condo is close to all the best restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. The rooftop pool was also wonderful with views stretching for miles. We will definitely come again back to this same condo.

We have stayed at Signatures Pinnacle three times so far.  We love the sunsets from the spacious balcony and are always spectacular.  There are 2 king size beds in the unit which is great and unusual for a 2 bedroom rental. The unit is especially nice to have the kitchen window and open sideview balcony enabling a Southern view, something most other full ocean view units don't have.  The condo has everything you need, including a set of binoculars for whale watching.  The location is right between the Romantic Zone and Ampas so it's close to everything.  The funicular, located right out the front door is greatly appreciated.  The common ground level pool is perfect for lazy afternoons and yet still high enough to enjoy the sunsets.  The bar has a great happy hour and is always fun during that time but quiet and relaxing other times. OwnerDirect was most helpful and easy to use for booking the unit.  The owner was most responsive and helpful in the booking and rental payment process.  This was the first booking through them and we have already booked with OwnerDirect Penthouse for next year.  Can't wait!

I have traveled to Vallarta for 35 years and have stayed in countless condos and this casa is in a league of its own. Imagine having the ocean as your front yard and everything Vallarta has to offer in your back yard.

The building is well established, secure, very clean and quiet except for the constant cadence of the waves reaching the shore.

The unit is more than a vacation rental; it’s a home with everything the owners would expect you to need or want. The bed was very comfortable and that’s a big deal to me! The linens and towels are top notch as well.

The owners take great pride in their home and it shows. This casa will now be my first choice for my 3 times a year travels to Vallarta.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo for 7 nights in the middle of December 2019. It was absolutely beautiful. This particular condo is about as secure as any condo can be as you need a key card to leave just as you do to enter. No wonder so many people feel safe here. You basically have an elevator to yourselves as there are only two condos per floor/elevator but there are two elevators. The pool is beautiful as are the grounds. The staff there are very happy and I believe they are treated quite well by management. We stayed in one of the Penthouse condos at Portofino next to the Marriott one year (4,000 + square feet with private pool on deck) and we both agreed that we preferred the Molino de Agua over the Portofino.

The location simply cannot be beat. You walk out the front gate and there are about 100 restaurants/bars to your right and/or left. The only noise is from the two back bedrooms but it is just sounds of life--nothing crazy like parties going until dawn. In fact, we slept with the doors open every night because of the breeze from the balcony clear back to the bedroom. It felt like we had the AC on but we only turned the AC on for one evening and just for an hour or so to cool off the bedroom the first night we were there--never bothered with it again. There are ceiling fans in the living room/dining room and bedrooms which provides that constant breeze throughout the condo. We always miss having ceiling fans when we stay at a hotel.

We actually didn't do any cooking this trip. I think we turned on the stove one night to reheat something--other than that it was the microwave. And we don't know what the wattage was for this microwave, but it was not anything like the one we have at home. It gets food/liquid boiling QUICKLY! We loved that microwave. If you want to prepare meals, this would be the kitchen to do it in and they have everything you can imagine and more.

We saw so many fireworks outside our balcony that we lost count. The final night we were there, the building management was throwing a party for their staff/families (who does that?). It was lovely to have a bird's eye view of these families enjoying a party in their honor. And fireworks? Wow. Best firework show we've seen in all the years we've been coming to Puerto Vallarta.

Perhaps this size of a condo is a bit overkill for just one couple. But it was worth every penny and we'd stay here again in a New York Minute.

We have been renting various condos in Puerto Vallarta for several years and decided before we left this unit that we would definitely want to come back to this condo again. Great location for shopping and dining. Maid service and staff were excellent.
Felt comfortable and secure at all times. Good restaurant right in the facility, but they don't take credit cards.

My wife and I have been coming to PV for 35 years, since we were married in 1983. We always stay in the old town area by Los Muertos beach. I stumbled on this property last year while I was searching for our place to stay. We love being on the beach and we bring our little dog with us every year, so sometimes it's challenging to find a place, as many of the beach properties don't allow dogs for some reason.
Anyway, this property is very well appointed, in great shape, secure, and nicely decorated. It has great views as it's right on the beach. If I have any complaints it's that the toilets were very hard to flush. My wife has a bad wrist from a fall several years back and the flush mechanism is very hard to push. Anyway, I highly recommend this place. The manager is great too.
