Had a nice stay. Owner was very informative and great to work with.
The beach was a little further than we expected (9 minute walk over the marsh) so wouldn’t suggest someone who can’t walk that far when there is no shuttle. The screened porch was a big plus for us!

We have stayed at the Carolina dunes before and had a wonderful time. This unit was a bit run down. When we first entered the unit it smelled of mildew and musk. The beds were too firm and uncomfortable. The mast suite bed felt as if it was broken because the left side was slanted down and there was sand in the sheets. (On the first night and we had not yet used the bed) The sliding door handles were broken and we could only use one door. The place was spacious enough for a family of 6. With a little updating this unit could have been more enjoyable.

As advertised. We were very happy with the overall experience, great location, away from the busy downtown. Parking is terrific, grounds very well maintained daily. We have rented many times in MB, these units are large and ocean front. Had a few maintenance issues inside the unit, one phone call and corrected same day...excellent service! Will return next year.

Room just as described. Beautiful location. Will definitely consider staying here again. Only issue was listing indicated an umbrella with chairs on the beach reserved through the end of September for guest although the guy monitoring the umbrellas didn't have this on his list. Just decided to leave the beach and use chairs by the pool instead.

Everything within the rental was as expected. The unit and property is well kept and in an ideal location. It was also nice to get a call from the owner of the unit to check on things and owners of other units checked to ensure everything within the unit was good.
I would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting myrtle beach.

At first glance the property looks great.but as time past we began to realise how f dirty the villa was. The living room furniture is very soiled and we covered it with blankets that even sit on it. The floors throughout were so filthy that we had to wear shoes all the time because our feet would get black with dirt in minutes. It was obvious that there had been no cleaning done under the furniture for weeks or perhaps years.

We booked this condo for a Bachelorette weekend. We booked this back in April and the trip was for September. Well Hurricane Irma was happening that week and we were still planning to go, we were all packed and the night before Spirit canceled all flights. There was no other way to get down to the condo so we called the property various times asking for a refund or a partial refund but they refused. They kept claiming that we didn't book travel insurance. We weren't planning on canceling so why would we need travel insurance! I would not book through this company or with this condo ever again. Neither HomeAway or the Condo owners offered any help with this issue.
